Rarely do I end up with a negative experience for as mundane a habit of getting my morning dose of caffeine. This is that rare corresponding review. Parking was easy inside the shopping complex and the queue was short. I ordered my custom White Chocolate Frappeccino for store Pick-up. What I got was an unappealing medley of condiments in espresso shots (as seen in pictures). The whip cream was lax and bubbles almost fermenting inside. They had dabbed the Dark Mocha Powder so haphazardly that I had it falling all over my table from outside the lid (as seen in pictures). And as I was reluctantly sipping this bitter 530+ calories of sugary Venti drink, a lump of quiet chocolate mold at the bottom just ruined the taste. Although the store was decent in all sense with friendly staff, I did not expect the experience from the Seattle based giants cafe. I wouldnt have mind a decently modest drink. This place is avoidable in my list.

I stopped in, because there are few Starbucks Ive been to, where I dont enjoy the atmosphere. Laid back, welcoming, and full of people from every culture. This place is no exception. I came in, because I wanted a green tea and figured Id charge my phone and laptop, while I waited to hear from friends as to our plan for the Memorial Day afternoon. The tea was excellent, flavored well and with light ice, just the way Id ordered! Only critique? The tables, seating and outlets... While I was able to find tables, two were small, round and wobbly, with semi-awkward outlet access for one and no access for the other. this also left me putting my bag in the aisle, as opposed to under the table (preferred). The other, larger table, from what I saw, had no outlets. I expect to have to table search at Starbucks but I should have outlet access, if Im going to be able to enjoy the experience. Especially in newer buildings.

Im disappointed with the service I received today February 23, 2017. The cashiers name was Brittany, When handing me my change she clearly was trying to avoid handing it to me, so she dropped it in my hand. Im a young black women whose also a Muslim and I was fully covered so.......maybe Brittany whose White has an issue with all or one of they above mentioned. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Normally, I am pretty relaxed when I have to wait on a drink at a coffee shop, but it doesnt make sense to me why it always takes so long for me to get a drink at this location. I have never been in during a rush, and I dont order complicated drinks, and yet I find myself waiting longer than I feel I should. I will keep going to Biggby instead.

Nice place staff are friendly and helpful. The batista brought me my brewed coffee to my table since they had just ran out. They went above and beyond my expectations. The seating is set up for just a couple people together, so it geeks like a cozy coffee shop.

We had lattes and cappuccino white chocolate mocha. Iced peppermint mocha. Lattes were good, cappuccino was bitter , white mocha was just ok and pepperment mocha was perfect. Line was short drinks were fast. All in party said it was just ok

Its location is perfect if you are out shopping you can sit inside at one of the tables or a big oversized chair and just relax because it was a beautiful day out the ass was fat and make jokes and just leaves you at home

Maybe Im the outlier, but Ive never had fast service here. Were talking five minutes or more when there are only two people in line. Ive only ever gone in afternoon/early evening though, so it could just be that crew.
