This is the second time that someone took my drink in front of me. The baristas are nice, but names should be written on the cups (they are there for a reason). And when the person who came in well after me takes my drink and puts their lips on it I am not going to ask for it back. Its a great looking place and relatively quiet as well. So you can definitely get some work done here. I could not get the WIFI to work for me so I made my phone a hotspot. Please write names on the cups. Thanks,

ABSOLUTELY freezing. Every time I come in. Miserable. Have asked if they can change the thermostat ... but alas, no. I had to keep my coat on and wanted a blanket (in March). Good thing there are Starbucks on every corner - I will elect to spend time at warmer (both in staff attitude and literal temperature) venues.

The baristas here are friendly and quite competent. They go out of their way to please me. Its open, light, and reasonably quiet. It offers a variety of seating styles and spaces, always in use by a variety of people--ages, purposes, races, activities. Of all the Starbucks I visit, I enjoy this space the most.

The cashier was very nice. That us the reason fir the 5 atars.The iced tea wasnt great. $4 for a Grande that.was mostly ice and isnt something that I would consider again. The comfy chairs are in very bad shape. They are very worn and broken down.

This Starbucks has moved about a 1/4 mile North on Woodward. They have the same hours (till midnight every day) and the same great staff. The new location is also decorated very attractively.

A unique design for Starbucks stores. I have been to many of them and this location has a light, modern look. Very friendly staff and lots of seating.
