I had not so great experiences here. I came to this KFC location a couple of times. The first time I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line and not a single car ahead of me moved (Note: It was 11:00 p.m. on a Thursday Night). My order hadnt even been taken yet. I got fed up and drove off. Slow staff is a understatement. The last straw was tonight (Tuesday December 27th). I was craving an order of popcorn chicken. Once again it was around 11 p.m. (this time there was no line), however I was told by the girl through the speaker that "KFC was closed, only the Taco Bell side was open". Really???? Are you kidding me???? To add some comic relief, the KFC side of the menu board was "lit up", while the Taco Bell side was "darkened". I stopped by the neighboring burger joint and grabbed some onion rings and a couple of burgers. This KFC location is a joke. Im not stopping here again. Epic fail!!!! Avoid.

The line is absurd. I have never waited this long at a fast food restaurant. No tour bus ahead of me, just normal 1230 Saturday restaurant traffic. Ten minutes have passed and Im halfway to the cashier to place my order. One cashier, and staff is slow.

Got 2 Zingers and the piece of chicken on both of them were very very small. Smaller than half a chicken strip. This is not even worth 50c. What a waste of $s.

Bought 2 famous bowls chicken was so over done neither myself or my husband could chew it. The rest of the bowl was just cold. Wont be going back to this KFC

Winter time is super cold in this KFC its feels like eating out side. The ice machine been broke for month now ! No fix ? Owner whats going on ?
