Been coming here since day one. Never had an issue with the food or staff. Tonight changes it all. Had a pizza and sub delivered tonight. Pizza was great as always. But the sub was well below par. And I am the last one to call back to complain but tonight I had to. The sub was, to me, uneatable. I was was over toasted and lack the required topping severly. Called and told the lady me issue just to have her talk back to me all pissed off as if it was my fault it was cooked that way. She had the same delivery man bring me a new sub.of course the second delivery I must have ordered extra attitude with my newly made sub(which was barely toast this time). They just lost a long time customer and will also be passing this on to their owner as well as friend who work at 2 of family expresss huge orderers(St. Vs and UMass memorial). Hope it will make at least a noticeable dent in their profit margin.

Just ordered for delivery from Family Pizza Express for the first time. Paid by credit card. Made a big order including fries, which we didnt get. We immediately called them in hopes that the delivery guy would return, but no, they said they never charged them, but guess what? It is checked off on the order, and it also adds up to what was charged to credit card. Weve lived in this area over a year. First time, and last time we are ordering from this place! Sincerely, a neighbor!!

I order from them today they tell me my food will be here in 40 to 45 min. An hr past I called them again and they told me the delivery will be here in 5 min I wait another 15 min call them again and they shut off the phone.how irresponsible
