FYI: I never do this but I feel compelled since I was treated so poorly. We ordered out from North Brookfield Pizza last night. Fairly large order for a family of 5 totaling over $40. (Jims Pizza is our norm but theyre on vacation :() I had to trash most of it (exception: buffalo wings and my 9 year old says he liked the fries but hes the only one). The food was so greasy, the veggies were limp, the tomatoes were cut into huge chunks for the sandwiches (barely any meat - so cheap), it basically filled the sandwich, the food that was fried tasted and smelled like fish (we didnt order fish) it was obviously cooked in old oil (no one in my family eats fish - this disgusts us). We actually ALL joked about how the shop should be featured on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares... Jack and I even had a bit of fun picking apart our food and imitating Gordon Ramsey but thats besides the point. I never ask for refunds but since only two items was actually edible and I had to make another dinner, I called last night, asked for a manager, was told they were too busy and to call back (hung up on). I called again at 10 AM, no answer then again at noon, told again that there was no manager to speak to since they were so busy (hung up on). Called back a few min ago, asked for a manager, was told he was in the bathroom (ew TMI but anyway). I asked if there was anyone else in charge I could speak to... they told me yes but Id have to wait.... fine. I wait and finally a man picked up. Ive been in customer service for over 20 years, Ive even written customer service documentation and conducted training sessions for reps in past jobs! This guy was so rude! I explained very nicely that I wasnt pleased and that while I never do this, I really would like a refund for everything but the wings and fries. He YELLED at me telling me he made it himself, it was delicious and I was wrong. I explained that he needed to take it down a few notches or I would make a big deal about this. He continued, telling me my hubby didnt say anything when he picked it up (um it was wrapped up and we didnt open anything until he came home... I tried to call you immediately and you ignored my calls). He told me he couldnt do anything and that I had to call back to talk to his aunt, the owner. Fine. I ask when I should call he tells me I can call back whenever I want, he has no idea when shell be there. You can bet youre butt Ill continue to call every day! Ill also make sure I make it a point to write a review any place I can, tell all my friends and will obviously never go there again... Im heading out tonight, perhaps on my way Ill stop by. Beware of this place, the previous owners were good but sold to these ppl a few months ago and its pretty obvious they have NO idea what theyre doing.

Ive been here only once, and I probably wont go again unless Im very hungry and happen to be near it. Even then I might drive further for a better meal. Their food isnt great - worse than most places of this type, and I waited what seems like an eternity to get my meal.

They suck waited over an hour for three grinders and two were made wrong tried calling to complain they didnt answer. I remember when the old owner Mike was in spencer. His food and service was great. These ppl arent going to last long. I promise!!

Stopped in for the lunch special grinder, soda and chips $6 who does that it was great, Got a house special pizza for my husband he Loved it lots of toppings and a great sauce. We will be back They have specials and Saturdays is Prime Rib for 10.99.
