This location has always given me horrible food. I went to this location yesterday and as soon as I walked in I noticed that a workers with a lot of hair had no hair net. That is so disgusting i wouldnt want to eat any of the food that he made. Anyways, I stepped to front of the line and I said that I wanted a burrito and the man struggled to get the tortilla out of the package , which resulted in a crumpled tortilla. And he also crumpled my foil. Then, when he went to get my rice I could tell that the rice was overcooked. Next, he passed my burrito to the next person. When I told him that I wanted black beans and he proceeded to scrape the bean out of the bottom of the pan because they forgot to refill the beans. Then the next guy put on too much guacamole and cheese. When we got to the cashier my brother wanted our burritos in separate bags so he said that her would take care of the following bowls. We thought that it would take a few second instead it took 3 minutes. Then the cashier thought that my brother and I were with the people behind us so our total was $46.05 and then I explained to him that my brother and I were not with them and it took an additional 3 minutes for him to clear the register. In conclusion, that was the worst visit to chipotle ive ever had none of the workers knew what they were doing. This location will never get any of my money ever again.

Absolutely disgusted by this location. First I get poor excuses from their manager that they never received my order accordingly from online. Then proceeded to say how they dont always receive them. If thats the case, then fix the issue dont give excuses to customers for not having their food ready. Also, after the manager put together my meal, they didnt even put chicken in it which I asked for a chicken burrito bowl and gave me double rice and barely and cheese when I asked for extra cheese. Pathetic. The manager just came up with excuses constantly. Poor service. Every other chipotle I have ever gone to has been outstanding. Will not go here again even though close to my work. Fix your problems. Dont give excuses to customers!!

I work for Chipotle and I understand the "high standards" that we believe in and this store has none of that from Ive seen the two times Ive been here. The food is not attractive on the line. Sanitation buckets are on the counters when theyre not supposed to be. The lobby is dirty and the staff is not friendly..including the female manager. At Chipotle we work as a team and when I tried to give advice to them I was being cut short. Rice was over cooked and the guacamole was not done right. Store needs lots of work.

I like Chipotles food-tasty & healthy but I love Dedham location. Theyre like family always spotting me and my hubby, sincerely asking howre we and remember our preferences. My hubby is especially challenging as he doesnt eat onion at all and so instead of salsa he gets fresh tomatoes and instead of guacamole he gets plain avocado. And so its a pain to explain it in other locations but in Dedham they go straight for tomatoes and avocado as soon as they see him. So its our favorite spot for lunch <3

I agree with Alana King. I have been at that location many times before and found many things wrong with location. I asked for a burrito bowl and they gave me a taco. I took the taco because I didnt want to make a big deal I asked for rice,chicken and bean.That was all I wanted. A big whaled lady says that I need to eat veggies and put lettuce and salsa on my taco. I will never go back since I was so disrespected.

The food here is excellent, and I always have pleasant conversations with the staff here. Ive seen other people on here that have said negative things about the staff, and while Im not claiming that theyre lying about their experiences, I can say I havent had any issues with them in the past few years Ive gone.

The wait can be unbearable. Some of the employees would rather socialize and dance to music rather than do their job. Food is generally good, although sometimes its hit or miss depending on who cooks it. Sometimes my rice is undercooked and tastes like rocks.

People who dont like chipotle either a) are from the center of the US where there is no Mexican food (aka a wasteland) or b) have no soul or c) all of the above. Even people who dont like "tex mex" like chipotle. Even vegetarians like chipotle.

The Dedham Chipotle is the best in the area. They always have plenty of seating and the restaurant is always clean. The serving sizes are always reasonable too.
