My fiance and I just got done having a horrible experience at Smokey Bones and after walking out we stopped into the restaurant next door (Bahama Breeze) where we were not only greeeted at the door with respect and kindness by the manager Eric but he also made sure to take care of us in a effort to change our terrible night around. My fiance and I had Jake for a bartender who was respectful, kind and a genius in creating his own versions of standard cocktails. When you stop by, ask for the Jake-island iced tea. One word: phenomenal! On top of it, the kitchen didnt have what we ordered so the manager Eric went out back and made us the dish as best he could plus put in an order of a similar dish so that we would get the full experience. Best ahi tuna ive had in a long time. Compliments to the chef and manager alike! The restaurant was festive and clean, and the staff held up the standard of what a restaurants customer service should be like and more. I would definitely recommend the Bahama Breeze in Tyngsboro, MA to anyone looking for a great night out!

This was our first time visiting and our server was very thorough going over the menu with us and she did so with true enthusiasm and knowledge! I did indulge in the Bahamarita which is a must if you go! We had entree salads as we were there for lunch. I had the Avocado Crab, my wife had the Grilled chicken Cobb. Both were above excellent, and my wife had the house Island dressing which was like a parsley and cilantro vinaigrette which was unbelievable! After such wonderful service we had to stay a bit longer and against my doctors advice have desert. We did the Banana Nut Bread Supreme. I can now RIP... During our visit I did notice the manager walking around engaging in conversation with customers and also the wait staff and everyone always had smiles on their face! The price of our meal was very fair and right on par for the area. We only live 10 minutes from here and after living in the area for 3 years have found our new "go to" restaurant!

I went in for an interview and the GM was extraordinarily disrespectful and confrontational. I could not have felt less comfortable during an interview. During the course of the interview, he multiple times tried to call me out and catch me in a lie. Instead of behaving professionally he behaved like a bully. Instead of asking questions about my resume or asking for explanations he pretty much had had it with me the minute he met me. all I can say is Bahama Breeze does not treat people respectfully, and it is no wonder that their positions cannot be filled.

Love Bahama Breeze! Ate at a Orlando location the first time, it had live music, great waitress, and awesome food. I have eaten here twice now and love it! I love it more when theres live music (when its warm for patio). The drinks are always made perfect and theres a huge selection that makes you feel like youre at a resort. Try the Ultimate Pineapple or Coquito. I love the Empanadas (appetizer), Mahi Mahi tacos, Cuban Pork Bowl, Lobster Mac & Cheese and the Coconut Shrimp! The prices are not too bad and the portions are really good.

My girlfriend got the Shrimp Tacos and I got the Buttermilk Chicken. We were both really satisfied with our dish. The buttermilk chicken was cooked perfectly and the plate had a ton of flavor. I actually didnt expect it to be as good as it was. My girlfriend is very picky when it comes to her seafood decisions and she really thought her plate was amazing. The service was really great as well.. We had a coupon which i presented to them incorrectly and they honored it anyway. I really had a great experience.

Food is okay. Was impressed with it the first time because its menu is so novel.. but on subsequent visits sort of came to the conclusion that the quality is pretty meh, the sort of mass produced rice and meal quality you find at most chains. Menu selection is good, atmosphere is nice, staff is always great.... but yea... just seems like average chain food to me, or slightly below average (lots of canned ingredients im betting, not a lot of fresh produce), not worth going out of my way for.

Service has been so good that I never want to leave and service has been so bad that Ive walked out while waiting and waiting. I like the variety of food but due to the inconsistencies in service it makes it hard for me to want to go back. I can understand if its busy and you end up waiting. But, when the restaurant is empty and you can see plenty of staff walking around and you are just being ignored, makes it hard to want to even wait around any longer.

Had a date night with the wifey, we drove almost an hour to try this..... it was a great place, great food and Michelle our server was so knowledgeable of the menu and the drinks, she was super friendly. We will definitely be back..... thank you Bahama Breeze for a great night..... by the way did I mention that the atmosphere is truly tropical along with the great Caribbean live music. I give it a 10 out 10 rating.

First time here. The decor was beautiful and fitting to the theme. Staff was friendly and helpful. Menu was fairly extensive in both drinks and food. I ordered the Grilled Chicken with cilantro crema and loved it. The chicken itself was delicious but paired with the sauce it was excellent. A wonderful mix of sweet, tangy, and savory. I would definitely come back to sample the rest of the menu.

Erica was one of the best servers ive ever had so that was awesome. The white sangria wasnt what was described on the menu/what i expected but it was still good. The carnitas bowl was decent, it could have been so much better with better rice and presentation. I was a little disappointed but if i ever go back i would get some sort of sea food because that is probably where they shine.

I like the menu at Bahama Breeze, and the waitstaff is able to accommodate special requests like extra salsa and hot sauce for your meal. The coconut shrimp appetizer and entree is quite tasty, and their Street tacos are an excellent deal. They need a lesson on how to make an authentic saffron rice... But hey... this is Tyngsboro!

Best margaritas by far, however, any of their other drinks are beyond weak. I love the variety in food, not your typical chain restaurant menu. However, the plates sit under the heat lamp for long periods of time. Most servers I have had were good, however some seemed lost. Coconut shrimp is to die for.

Good atmosphere, great drink options (everything you find when vacationing in the Caribbean) and some tasty menu items. Ill be back in the near future for sure. Service for our large party was great, offering to split the check multiple ways from the start and refilling drinks without ever having to ask.

I will be back because of my waiter joshua f. He was so pleasent and natural and what a smile. He discribed the food and what he thought the foods taste like. I did wait 52 mintes for a seat but all was worth it. What dont help is it has not been open that long. Joshua great job
