Took 5 minutes to acknowledge us. Had to seat ourselves. Hostess was nonchalant about saying "shell be right with you". "She" showed up almost ten minutes later, after we were left in the dining area, and no employees in sight. Took our drink orders, got served by the lackadaisical server who walked like she was heading to the electric chair. Then, 5 minutes later, 2 of 3 of us got water. Waited 20 minutes with nobody else in the dining room, to get plates. BTW, this is the noon hour on Monday. We then got drinks refilled, had to point out that I hadnt gotten a water, anchor those. I should point out, we had wine and beer. My empty bottle (no glass for the beer) was left on the edge of the table after this. The rice was bland, cold, and seemed a day old. The boneless ribs were so dry and hard, I could make noise tapping them against the silverware. We mentioned the rice, and she contested she told the chef, but watched the rice get made this morning. Horrible place, used to eat here all the time, this must be under new owners or management

This kind of Chinese-American restaurant is always exactly what it always is: mediocre ingredients adequately prepared, sort of bland comfort food that shares certain similarities with fast food chains. I had a pleasant experience at Panda House and made or may not ever go back - it was my friend who picked - but if I do I know what to expect.

My girlfriend brought me home a beef stick with chicken wing lunch combo... Told me it was 5$ for the meal... I just ate it and it was the worst portion and flavor I have ever had... Ive had better from the panda house in Springfield and locally from hong Kong express for just a couple dollars more... Yuck I will not order from them...

The food was OK. The waitress was worried about us getting the menus dirty with the chips and sauce they offer, but she should have been more concerned with the cleanliness of their restroom, not to mention the hallway to the restroom. GROSS! I can only hope their kitchen is cleaner.

I dont understand why this place is called the a Chinese spot. I ordered pork fried rice with no veggie and I got white rice with soy sauce .rice was still raw. Just waswasnt what I expected at all ! I wouldnt ordered from here again.

The best chinese food ive ever had. Service was pretty good except one rude waiter. The delivery boy is hellaaa cute. I recomend this place to anyone that enjoys great portions and flavors!

If youre looking for decent Chinese food for take-out, this is the place. Sometimes the quality is inconsistent, but generally its pretty good.
