That is what I have been left asking in my three visits here. The pizza is largely sauceless or flavorless. The crust is a snoar. The sausage they put on the pizza is low quality. Do you like chicken dishes or pasta? If you said yes, then dont come here unless you like dry chicken and tasteless pasta. Do you want to know where I had the worst salad of my life? You guessed it, here. Not to mention they guys who run this place, three or four mean, middle age (or older) men run this place. They come from a customer service school from stone ages or a boot camp. The only plus I can think of is that you can see them cook your food, you can eat in and order wine or beer and it is actually pretty cheap. If you dine in I hope you dont mind the fact that on a typical night over half the patrons are little screaming kids.

My family has been ordering from this establishment for years. I was EXTREMELY offended when I had a guest over call and simply ask if they delivered. The person on the phone abruptly said "NO!" and hung up on him. When he called back to ask to speak to the manager; he came to find out that THAT was the manager! This was by far the most unprofessional manner I have ever witnessed! Needless to say with such rude customer interaction we will NOT be ordering from them again. I am highly dissatisfied and shocked that ANY business could be run in such a manner! ** I would have much rather give 0 stars but this forces you to choose one**

I ordered a gyro $5.50 then made the mistake of asking for it on a wrap. Mind you Ive ordered the gyro from a couple differrent pizza shops and always request a wrap because the gyro bread tends to be messy and never had a problem. The guy says ok but itll cost extra. Ive never been asked to pay extra for a thin wrap as opposed to the thick gyro bread but ok. The girl wrings me up and says $9.60! Whaaaat?!? Thats more than 4$ for changing the bread. The girl said im sorry and she didnt know why he made it that price because people turn subs into sandwiches ALL the time. I turned around and left and wont ever return.

I ordered chicken pasta with alfredo sauce and my dad heard me order it when we got home to eat I opened it and it was chicken parm. So I called back and told them they messed up my order and they werent very dismissive and the manger called me back and siad I siad the wrong think and stated arguing with me so I hung up then my dad called them back and they were saying that I orderd the wrong thing and they siad you should not let a kid order and my dad got really mad so if you ask me I would not order from that place and the food was awful

While I think the gyros are pretty darn good and food had always been decent, I found the staff to be kind of unfriendly and curt. My sense say that unless you were some kind of regular you are just a transaction. I actually stopped going there for this reason. I will contrast this to Christians where even though the owner does not know me, she and her wait staff always greets my family warmly.

This is mine and my boyfriends favorite place to eat! They take a little bit of time when cooking the food, but their service and staff are phenomenal! I have a number of [ridiculous] food allergies and dietary restrictions, and though theyve made one or two mistakes, they have always graciously and quickly fixed them, and now they pretty much have my order memorized. Westborough House is amazing!

The food is really good. Love the pizza, love the salads. And the bread that they get for their (very generous) toasted subs is amazing. Get the toasted turkey or a meatball sub while youre there - a small is plenty! Im giving the "decor" an extra boost for the outdoor seating. Too uncommon out this way, but so nice during the summer, even if it IS on Main St.

I called to place a take out order.... I was asked if I could wait on hold.....15 minutes later the girl comes back on and tells me I have to wait. I let her know politely that I waited for 15 minutes and she replies "Were just to busy!" So I call Panera Bread...get a nice reception and place my order.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza. They messed up the order and we received a cheese pizza. They said that they were going to make a new pizza so they took it back. Instead of making a new pizza all they did was put pineapple and ham on it, warmed a little, and gave it back to us. Picture attatched.

Fantastic pizza and subs, excellent Greek salads, spanakopita, tzatziki, souvlaki, dolmades - great lasagna both meat and veggie. Never disappointed. Fun bar too, often with live music and several big screen TVs makes it perfect spot to watch "the big game". Highly recommended.

I love the food here and go every week. The prices are also reasonable. The reason I dont give it five stars is because the girls that work there are always unfriendly and short with me, which I find weird considering how often I go.

My favorite pizza in town; fair prices, fast service and consistently great Italian and Greek food (for at least the last decade). I havent tried the new bar yet, but it looks like its doing a good business.

I had an excellent bacon pizza here tonight. The service was great, everyone was friendly, and Id definitely recommend it to any friends in the area. * Also, the bathrooms were gorgeous and immaculate.

Santarpios, Pinnochios, City Girl dont compare to Westborough house of Pizza. Ive eaten here and will go out of my way for the pizza. Flavor is incredible, toppings plentiful. Just a damn good pizza.

the two guys that run this place are amazing and funny. the sports are always on the food is great and the building is awsome. i go back and they cant keep me out. best steack and cheese ever!
