The food was quite awful, I feel like I am drinking straight grease while eating the pizza. The young kid who works there that can barely see over the counter was horribly rude to me and he was just so small it made me uncomfortable, his massive forehead distracted me from the menu. Looking at him literally made my food taste worse. He did not give me the correct order twice in a row, the first time he was close, I asked for cheese pizza and and he gave me bread with sauce and then the next time he gave me bread. I did not know 11 year olds could get their work permits. I wasnt even sure if he was bald or just had a crappy buzz cut, dont even get me started on his clothes, he looked like he was going for a combination of going to church and a street thug. And ohhhhh boy was he slow as a rock, some people might say "not the sharpest tool in the shed", I would say literally the dullest tool in the shed, but not going to lie he definitely does remind me of a tool. His head shape reminds me of a misshapen watermelon/mallet combination. GO SHE-HAWKS!!!!!!

Only rated 1 because 0 isnt an option. Ordered and waited over an hour before calling and asking where our food was and was cursed at by the person on the other end of the line. I promptly cancelled my order, and was told "well thats our problem then." And then hung up the line immediately. Unfortunately, we didnt get the chance to try the food, which means I cant review it, but based on the service, I wouldnt want to find out, because theyd probably spit in it.

We reguslrly order food here from work, and we just hosted a simple birthday party for a 3 year old here. They make it so easy, just call ahead to book upstairs and you can order food the day of and add on as needed. You can bring your own decorations and everything. My son was soo excited because it fit his love of fire stations. The staff there were so kind and everything went well. Thanks Southborough house!!!

My husband and I have had more than a few lousy subs there!! They cut their tomatoes up so large you cant even bite into the sandwich. I ordered a roast beef sub and the roast beef was RAW !! It actually CRUNCHED when I bit into the meat. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Needless to say, we will never give the place another chance!!

Was very interested in trying on the Southborough House of Pizza. I call 20 minutes prior to closing time and they said they were not taking any more orders. Working in a pickup/delivery restaurant myself, I find it of a very unprofessional manner for them to not want to take an order in their posted business hours.

I live in southborough and this is basically the only pizza place around which is probably the only reason they are still in business. Ive ate here and gotten delivery countless times. The food is extremely overpriced, very unsatisfying and the delivery takes Almost an hour everytime and im a 5 minute drive away.

Called once to place an order and was put on hold, waited several minutes, could here staff laughing and joking. I hung up and called back to be placed on hold again by same young female and once again was forgotten. I recommend to all I know in the area to avoid, starkly unprofessional.

Im sorry, I wish I liked it. Very convenient but kind of a place of last resort. Owner is a good guy but when he isnt around, the staff SUCKS and produces wretched food. I vomited profusely after eating a greek salad with tuna all night long. Sorry, I have to call it when I see it.

Ive tried so many times, but this place is a waste of time. Im not picky. Im very patient. Southborough just cant get an order right and the food is bland. Sad to see the old fire station wasted on this business.
