I waited 7 minutes at the register to place an order. And then when I finally did the woman taking my order had a hard time understanding my simple order of a vegetarian pizza with just onions and peppers. Not that hard. I understand that they probably get most of their orders over the phone but waiting almost 10 minutes when no one else was in the place (except for people eating) is kind of rediculous. And when I finally got my pizza there were mushrooms and the pizza looked like it was in a dunk-tank with grease. Not my average experience with Garden but definitely a memorable one.

Unfortunately this cookie-cutter type place that uses cheap supplier products to save money. For example, the chicken parmesan patties are composed of minced meat with filler material in between. Its very common for pizza shops that want to minimize their costs to find suppliers that carry these types of product. I moved here about a year ago and tried a number of places so far, this is one I tried several menu items about 10 times. I wont be returning. 3 stars because I didnt become ill after any of my visits. TLDR: Meh at best

I love this place and their pizza is delicious but theres this one guy that is so rude...I hate it when I call and get him or when he delivers the pizza!! He has an attitude like he doesnt wNt to be there... I got the pizza and it was towards one side as if it was sideways in the car or something ...I called and the guy was extremely rude asking if we dropped it...really??? And was extremely rude about it and even called me "buddy" Thats ridiculous will never go there again

Dont be deceived by the good reviews - check the hundreds of 1 star reviews you will find. This is the biggest trash dump in Milford (and thats saying something). Rude, horrible attitude, no customer service, and the food isnt even good. I have placed orders here before that they refuse to give to me or let me pick up (which is actually illegal seeing as i paid for it). Super concerning way to deal with customers, i highly do not recommend

Excellent food, Awful customer service. Very rude and owner does not care. He was condescending and laughed when I said that they spoke to my wife in a rude maner. If you like food go there if you like friendly service go to subway next door. They hang on the fact there food is so good that the service doesnt matter. Order take out so you do not have to be in the company of disrespectful people for too long. I hope it is not contagious

I never eat the crust of pizza, I actually found the crust to be moist and soft. Sauce and cheese very well balanced and flavorful, delivery driver was very quick and polite. One of the best pizza experiences Ive had in my lifetime!
