The worst experience ever... From the start the cashiers attitude was awful. They were out of black beans no big deal stuff happens... I requested lettuce on my burrito and she said they didnt cut enough for me this morning so we are out. My boyfriend(who worked in a kitchen for many years) said why cant you cut some and she said and I quote"well its not my job".!!!!!! 3 to 4 employees were in this restaurant and not one was pleasant! I have worked in the service industry for a long time and its not often that I have such a horrible experience. Honestly its not the fact that they were out of items it was the girls poor customer service skills.

I was very upset with the customer service I had received while I was at Qaoba Mexican Grill Restaurant. Never expected such harsh behavior from so called the manager herself while she prepared to make my order of a vegetable quesadilla. She was showing a very rude and harsh attitude as she threw the condiments on my quesadilla as we told her how I had wanted our quesadilla made. The cashier showed more customer appreciation while the manager did not even have the common courtesy to come and apologize to us for her very rude and harsh attitude towards us.

Most disgusting place Ive ever ate at , threw away our food , floors were filthy food al over the tables you could tell they havnt been washed down in a long time food and trash under the condiment area overflowing trashes , cutting board behind the counter was filthy , manager was not presentable his clothes dirty

So we eat here often and joke that there burrito is shrinking and cost more than any other place. But today they discontinued barbecue sauce and now have 4 queso sauces. So before you go stop at bank get a loan and be prepaired for a limited selection. Time to drive half hr if you want a bureto.

The employees at this location are horrible, poor customer service and cannot get orders correct. This is the same way multiple time i have been. Reminds me each time why i normally will not go there. Foods good (if prepared right) but the customer service is horrible

The guy that prepared my order was very rude !!!! As far as hospitality goes ...today is 3-28-2017 the heavy set white guy that worked today is the person Im talking about . He needs more training when it comes to dealing with people.

No napkins. Trash cans overfilled, food all over the floor, lazy manager. This location really hurts the qdoba brand. Qdoba has better food than chipotle but when it comes to operations they are terrible

Got a couple tacos, were a total mess. Flavor was fair, better than another taco chain, but not great. I only went in for a quick bite so will have to give it another shot not during a lunch rush.
