Twice my wife and I have attempted to have lunch here over the past 2 1/2 weeks. The salmon twice was undercooked and raw on the first visit, along with a ice cold 1/2 pound hamburger on a frozen bun. The manager did comp us the meal, and was furious with the inept kitchen staff. On a return trip 2 weeks later, again for lunch....there was no hostess at the door for 3 minutes, the place was not crowded at 1:30 on a Friday. We were finally seated, and then sat for 10-12 minutes before a server happened to notice us and took our order. Again...a salmon fillet in a marinate and a burger with a salad. 10 minutes after taking our order, a half order of bread was brought for 2 people. My wifes salad was served and I inquired about my salad? The brainless waitress stated..."Oh you want it now?" After a few more minutes, the salad came, and my wife watched me eat mine. Again...the place was not crowded. At over 35 minutes into our ordering...we had to flag down the waitress to inquire about our meal. The waitress stated "Yeah, I was wondering myself...it will be right out." another eternity passed and finally the meal came out. Guess what? The chef forgot to season or marinate my wifes salmon, and my burger was ice cold to the touch on a ungrilled cold bun! The manager was sent over and attempted to kiss our behinds. No...I didnt want another meal, and although visibly upset, the young female manager had no idea what to offer us. She did confirm that the kitchens 20 pieces of salmon had not been marinated at all by the moron cook. I walked out disgusted, and my wife sheepishly waited another 15 minutes for another piece of fish. Of course, it came out like a piece of cat food covered with sauce. We did feed it to our cats at home they enjoyed it. We have eaten a many Longhorns in the area. It is not cheap, and was always good. But this series of events will lead me back to an old staple....Go to The 99 Restaurant or a local place you trust. These morons cannot be trusted until they smarten up and fire the lunch kitchen staff. Worst experience we ever had anywhere. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Made our way here after a long day @ Edaville USA. Our server was Ainsley. When we first arrived we were notified our server was attending a birthday party and would be over shortly. Our drink and appetizer orders were promptly placed. She made her way over and continued from there. We were the last table before closing. I am a GM for a different restaurant and actually opened LHSH in Reading. She was excellent with our two year old and was the PERFECT brand ambassador. Our food was well timed, hot and on point. We were not rushed and the fact she was there only because of us did not affect the service. She explained the filet temp, gave specs on our placed orders and informed us of new items they recently rolled out. Food A-, beverage A and service A+! We live an hour away from this location but Im sure we will find an excuse to travel back due to the excellent guest service. Thanks Cinderella!

25 minutes to get drinks from the bar with the manager having to assist the one bartender, who apparently knew NOTHING about bartending was the beginning. The waiter was very friendly and had to keep coming over to apologize. The very small appetizer came before our drinks and for $9 it was like I said, small. What ruined it for me is this...witnessing a manager talking to the wait staff like they are a bunch of kindergarten children in front of customers...at least 3 times during the visit. The food came when our drinks came and it was good but very very pricey for a chain restaurant. I have heard that other restaurants are run better and provide a more fulfilling dining experience. I say if you are shopping in the Wareham Crossing Plaza go to Red Robin or the Mexican Grill, they are both very good and better value.

We go to Longhorn at least 3 times a month. Apps are great . I love the chicken wraps , Carl loves the shrimp , we both love the stuffed mushrooms. The steak is always done to perfection no matter what cut you order. The salmon is awesome too. Oh and the pork chops are great too ! As for the service, well we have become fond of sitting at the bar to have some laughs, tell some jokes and talk sports with Pete . He makes sure we get everything we asks for the way we want it and he never skips a beat. All with a smile. What more could you ask for on a night out ? Our hats off to the service and the food.

Poor service..over cooked outlaw ribeye for the second time. We ate the first overcooked steak , dry, but we were hungry. Last time here Last night over cooked again. Sent it back and after the others at my table finished there dinner...no steak in sight. To prevent a scene, i walked out of the place......hungry Management..walk around with headset communication but never look at tables or look patrons in the eye. What are they listening to. Shame on you Longhorn. WAREHAM Boy, no supper, and here it is 5AM and Im starving. ONE STAR ONLY OPTION, ZERO STAR THE ACUAL RATING

My husband and I went to dinner. It was very busy with a couple of large parties. I would like to point out we had the best service from Tiffany and Greg at the Bar. They were quick to acknowledge us and serve us. They were happy and cheerful. We had to wait for 30 minutes for our meal but both of them were very intuned to us. There was a problem with my meal and when I mentioned it to Greg he quickly spoke to the manager and the problem was taking care of instantly. Thank You for great service

I dont know why I keep going, but this is the final straw. I work in the plaza and do a lot of take out. Apparently this means to the staff that they can slack consistently on the quality of food. Ive gotten dry steaks, disgusting soups, wilted salads, and half made sandwiches here. This is unacceptable. I cant keep being disappointed by you.

Place was crazy busy. Ate at the bar, bartender was great. Even though so busy, waited on us quickly and was so pleasant. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.
