The service here is terrible. I stopped in yesterday to watch some college football and as I walked a gentleman was switching channels on some of the tvs. I asked for a certain game on a tv and he said, "yup" and walked off without doing it. The guy acted like a teenager who really didnt want to be working. Also acting just like this was a bartender. She was snooty and I sat at the bar and asked for a menu. She was so concerned with filling the register with change that she let me sit there for 20 minutes without taking my order. I got and up left. I will never waste my time with this place again.

Bad service. A lot of people told me it was because I went on a Wednesday night. Look the food is terrible, and I think you need to be on your game regardless of the day of the week. I went there for a drink, a bite and a little Keno after work. The beer and the Keno were fine, but the bartenders developed tunnel vision so it was hard to order food. Once ordered I waited for a long time. Obviously the order got lost because it doesnt take 45 minutes for a casadia. I didnt mind and was relaxing,but the bartender seemed to get an attitude with me. I think she was embarrassed.

Great chicken wings here! Especially on Monday night when theyre $0.29. Pizza is surprisingly good as well. Prices have gone up recently but thats true everywhere. Drinks are reasonable considering the generous pours. Dont think Ive ever waited on service at the Skybox. When it gets busy more bartenders seem to just show up to handle the crowd. I go out of my way after work to stop by just because of the friendly and efficient bar staff. Theyre cute too (well, the ladies anyway ;-). Plus, lots of TVs make it a no-brainer for football Sundays.

We always get stuck going to this hole in the wall, Cause of a friend who has bad taste.The service is almost untipable. And the band is so loud that you cant hear yourself think let alone a have a conversation. 5 dollar cover cause they think its the palladium or something. The joint is clean but still a dive. Oh and did I mention the service sucks.

Save yourself the trip. Better food service and prices down the street at That. Last pizza I had here was live chewing plaster. I couldn't believe they even served it. The service is terrible unless you just want to go in and check out the pretty barmaids in tight shirts. Me I would prefer the service.

Service is always great. I think the longest Ive ever had to wait was maybe 5 minutes on a Friday or Saturday night. Drinks are on point. Staff is always pleasant. I do agree that the food isnt the best but honestly Im not going there to eat lol. Great spot

Perfect amount of people-to-space ratio, not too loud for talking on an off night, but the waitress was still attentive without being annoying. Decent beer selection, could be more be more on tap. Good bands, room for dancing on weekends.

Ya...go on a weekend night. The Tewksbury cops who have nothing better to do,post up near the place to get behind you and think of an excuse to pull u over ...all set with this town. Go help an old lady cross the road or something!!

Great little place. A step or two up from a dive bar atmosphere with a lot of regular faces. Good food. Decent prices. Gets a bit cramped on music nights but fun none the less.
