I cant reiterate enough how I dont like this google rating system. 1 out 3 seems bad if you look at it really quickly, but its actually labelled as "good". In any case, the food here is consistently flavored and a sure bet if you want a decent eat. The portion isnt big, but you probably wont have to pick off other peoples plate when you are done. The price is about right. If theirs something that stands out, it would have to be their tomato basil bisque soup. Its the best Ive had so far. Id recommend this place.

Bad experience. Called beforehand to make certain that prime rib was available . It was also stated on the menu- "Served all day Sundays" After receiving our drinks and reviewing the menu we made our order. Thats when we were informed they were out of prime rib. It would have been nice if they offered a free appetizer or dessert for an apology. We paid for the drinks and left insulted by the treatment we received - never to return to that establishment.

There arent many dishes on the menu that I enjoy, but what dishes I do find appealing are pretty good. However, the restaurant cant decide whether its a bar, a family restaurant, or the galley of some rusted-away sea trawler in the middle of the open ocean. The atmosphere is dank and depressing, and its a crapshoot whether youll get a server who is attentive, or who looks desperate for going-home time.

Ive gone here once. I ordered chicken wings after asking if they had them. I asked for the bbq sauce on the side. They told me they had to cook the "wings" again because they the bbq sauce on them. Waited another half hour , got home all ready for wings, surprise I had two orders of chicken fingers. Was not happy! Thirty dollars lost because they didnt know the difference between wings and fingers.

Reasonable fare at a reasonable price. Its a shame their entree salads are loaded with fatty dressings & over processed meats, they are some of the least healthy items on their entree menu if you read the nutritional information. Its also a shame as a corporate policy that they have to reduce their burgers to near charcoal and wont do rare or medium rare.

The recently renovated Middlesex Tpk/Lexington St, Billerica is a very nice place. Its now bright and airy. We were a family group of 6 and everyone was very pleased with the food, decor, and experience. The portions and the quality are high. The staff was very attentive. Even the manager spent a lot of his time "out front". Well be going back for sure.

The best 9s to go to around the area. The other one in Billerica is tiny compared to this place. The wings and burgers are always good every time I come here. They always have Sam Adams on tap so I cant complain.
