I ordered the L plate. I asked for chicken fingers instead of wings and lo mein instead of rice. That was correct but somehow I didnt get crab rangoons and in its place was boneless spare ribs. I also got a small mushroom egg foo yong but no complaints there, it was good. I also got another plate for a friend but didnt ask how she liked because we didnt eat together. My bill came to $38.04. I gave her $40 and said I think I have the 4 pennies. I ended up only having 3 so I said, oh, I am a penny short let me go check my car expecting a "dont worry about it." She made me go to the car and search for a penny. If Jade East is that hard up for a penny I am not sure how well they are doing. Probably not going to be eating there again anytime soon.

I used to order from the Jade all the time. I LOVE their fried wontons. I cannot find them anywhere that makes them like they.do. So while I was in the area I ordered them along with other appetizers. I was greatly disappointed when I found wonton soup instead of fried wontons. Not sure its worth the trip anymore.

Three stars at best. Bar side seemed pretty friendly but the dining side wasnt as such. It was straight forward service that wasnt quite friendly. But it was fast and hot tea is served with the meal. Food was just okay. Nothing special and rice doesnt come with entree dishes.

I stopped being a patron there a long time ago. The rude woman at the front desk should have been fired. She was so disrespectful to my sister and I...we never forgot it. We had been loyal customers for many years. That woman should have been fired. I never went back.

Fastest mai tai ever. And strong, too; I see why the bar is popular. The pupu platter had real flame. The apps were decent but not exceptional. The beef teriyaki was better than the chicken wings. Conclusion: a great place to drink and snack, but not superb.

Usually come here for the steamed spicy wontons and crab rangoon, still havent found a restaurant with better crab rangoon and I eat out and try new restaurants very frequently. Their drinks are tasty too, and quite a few of them pack a punch.

Owners Kevin and Victoria are the nicest people. Jade East is known as the Mai Tai Capital. The food is excellent and I love the Hot and Sour Soup that the hand make everything day. The bar tender Sahara is the best, she makes the best drinks.

I have had days where the food is amazing and the staff is attentive, and others where the staff is less attentive and the food is not as good. The restaurant is kept clean and the atmosphere is what youd expect from a Chinese restaurant/bar.

Got the classic trio of pork fried rice, golden fingers and boneless spareribs. I also tried the crab Rangoon. It was all perfect and came in massive portions. I couldnt even finish it, and Im capable of eating an unnecessary amount of food.
