Rude waitresses; both times I went with different groups of people and both times there was some sort of rude waitress who had no sense of sympathy. The first time, my sister was feeling unwell and stepped outside for some air, then wanted to go back inside to use the restroom but was denied by some rude waitress who claimed that she mustve drank too much alcohol (which we didnt even order). My sister ended up throwing up outside the restaurant. I made the mistake of going a second time. I went with another group of friends and one of the waitresses just bumps into my friend and doesnt excuse herself. She then mutters disrespectful remarks about my friends as she walks by us. We received that same attitude for the rest of the night. Probably not going back after that. Haruki East has better sushi anyway.

This place keeps degrading by the second. I visited this location again after a year and the experience was disgusting. It all started when my friend and I received our waters; even though my water looked fresh, there was some strange black residue in my friends drink. When we finally received our sushi, the chopsticks had dust on them. I let it go thinking that there are many reasons why this could happen on a regular basis. Later, when we received the container to pour the soy sauce it had dust and some sort of hair-like particles. Finalizing my thought, the sushi tasted horrible and now I have some sort of pinching stomachache. I wont be coming to this restaurant in the future.

Ordered take out. Food took 1 hour to arrive. After opening the parcel. (I ordered an order of sticky chicken wings and regular wings with fried rice. Came to 20 bucks). Was a bit pricy, but claimed it would be enough for 2 people. What we got I would not feed a dog, literally 4 pieces of chicken and one serving of rice. I called and the rude girl on the phone told me there is nothing she could do...basically I need to deal with it. I told her I need to speak to the manager. They told me they would call me back in 1 to 2 hours. Now Im furious. I took an uber and created a stink in their place of business. I got my money back. I wouldont never recommend this place to not even a dog.

We got takeout from this place last weekend, it was really good. I got General Tao chicken with an eggroll and rice. The chicken is actual tenders, not those balls of gloop. The warning, the eggroll was kind of greasy. The rice was great. My girlfriend got shrimp lo mien with crab Rangoons and fried rice. She like it as well, oddly enough the Rangoons were not greasy like the eggroll. If you go get the dumplings/potstickers and get them pan seared. They actually pan sear them and not fry. The cost was like 23 for all of this. Like I said get the potstickers, delicious and you get six of them, and they are large. Free delivery to us, we live in college park

Went here with my younger brother not too long ago to celebrate his new job. I was skeptical about going when I saw a combo plate was almost $12.00, but I didnt want to ruin my brothers mood so I agreed to eat there. The waitress was nice so no complaints on the service part. The food however, in my opinion, was not worth the money I paid. The portions were not enough for a $12 plate and the food tasted alright. Definitely have had better Chinese food, and for a lower price at that.

This place sucks...went there with my family tonight I ordered sushi they ordered chinese. My family was putting their food in boxes when my finely showed up, they screwed my order up charged me for nigiri that was never made then they argued with me when I told them It was on the check...it blew my mind that they could give me my food so late...then disagree with me about the check when the order was clearly wrong..if you go here only get chinese food their sushi sucks.

Dont use your credit card here!!!! I had a party of 6 and they had included the tip into our total bill. 3 paid by cash and the other 3 of us paid by card. The 3 of us who paid by card were each charged an extra $10 tip by our waitress Alicia. When I contacted the restaurant to try and solve this issue they told me it was "not their problem". Will not be returning to this place. Imagine how many other customers they do this to!

Been there a couple times, once with my wife (the first time) and we had a delicious dinner for not so much, the plates are vast and the food itself is delicious, my family came to visit from Mexico and we took them there, they loved it too. Service is fairly good, the food is just great. One thing to add though, the use of tap water, its free, but it dont taste good...

Came in on a Saturday night and it was steady but not to busy. We were a party of 4. Everything i tried to order (including drinks) they were out of. Got a roll and the food was ok. A person from our party didnt get what they ordered at all. The waitress came over a few times and kept saying the food is on the way. We are waiting for the bill and still NO food.

The server was rude and took my order in an inpatient manner. My soda was watered down and the water they place on your table without your consent was sour. The food is delicious but its over priced for the small portions they provide you with. Good music. Good environment terrible customer service overall

I use to love this place but something has changed. The food was mediocre and most of the sushi came out wrong. We always order the same sushi rolls and it felt like a completely different restaurant. From now on I will be going to Kon, their sushi is by far the best in RI.

The white rice here is too expensive. Most Chinese restaurants have free rice if you order some other food. But the white rice here cost 4 dollar for one person.

Awesome food here, the Wok Tossed Lobster is probably the best thing on the menu, I dont think you can go wrong with anything on the menu though.

Amazing sushi, and awesome value. We easily ordered what would have been 40$ worth of sushi elsewhere, and got it for 23$!
