the service was ok, but the food was not good at all. baked potato came out lukewarm and dry - Wendys baked potato is so much better. corn dog meal for my kid came out cold and had to ask the server to nuke it. asked for medium done steak, but it came out well done and lukewarm. tilapia was way too salty. fries were lukewarm and soggy. the only good part of the meal was salad bar. they were fresh with enough varieties. my family was there on Tuesday evening, and there were only a few tables occupied at the time of visit. However, we still waited over 30 minutes for our food. didnt want them to remake them, because we did not want to wait any longer; nor there was any guarantee that food would come out any better. some other reviews mention their food was good. well... taste can be subjective, but no one in my family liked the food here. Perhaps, the weekend kitchen staff could be better... bottom line: I would not go there ever again.

Usually our experience with this particular Ruby Tuesdays is excellent but we decided to go the Saturday before Mothers Day to beat the crowds. It was busy but I wouldnt say exceptionally so. However, when we arrived and gave the hostess our name for our reservation, she just pointed her pencil in the direction of a table in the back which I thought was a little unusual and unprofessional. The service was extremely slow, and the avocados that my son and his girlfriend ordered to go with their salads came after they were done eating. Seeing that this was our Mothers Day Celebration this year I was pretty disappointed. I will add that on other occasions, the take-out service is excellent and the few other times we did eat in, were problem free.

When was seated was long wait for waitress. After waitress came seem like she was in a hurry and had no time for me. When ordering seem like I was being rushed. I had 1/2 Bbq ribs and 1/2 rub ribs rub ribs seem like they were let get dry. Then seem like I was rushed to order dessert. I ordered the lemon cake with ice cream and blue berries looked nothing like the picture no blueberrie syrup cake tasted like it was microwaved. Then some other waitress grabbed my credit card and receipt seem like I was being rushed out the door. Did not feel like I was treated like a customer to want to come back. Not a place I would recommend to any of my friends..

Customers are greeted with a clean, elegant dining room upon entry however ones experience will surely go south after taking a seat in a booth which seems as though designed for toddlers. With all my experiences at this location, soft drink syrup cartridges has always made my beverage taste rancid. A quick glance at our minuscule table it was clear it lacked the most important, yet basic amenities being adequate silverware and condiments. After being served luke-warm entrees, in respect of taste, they were mediocre at best. Service was poor in many aspects, checkups were infrequent and basic requests could not be met. Would not recommend.

Used to go here a lot, but things have gone downhill. Service is borderline awful, and the food is just terrible. Undercooked, overcooked...can never tell what you will get. One thing: THE SALAD BAR IS TERRIBLE. THEY SHOULD CLEAN IT EVERY FEW MONTHS, AND KEEP IT STOCKED. Not only is it really hard to get at some of the stuff, but it doesnt help when you have some waiter in front trying to pick out the brown lettuce with his fingers...take it in the backroom, or better yet...get fresh lettuce

Count your change..... My bill came to $41.49 gave $100 bill. The waiter asked do you need any change? I responded yes please. Waited for quite a while then he walks over hands me the change in its holder. I open it and there is only $42.00 in it. The little creep stole $16.51. I decide how much I tip. Not the waiters. Had to have someone else come over and resolve it. By the way he would have probably gotten that as a tip if he hadnt pocketed it for himself.

I remember coming here back in the day and revisited with my pop for a nostalgia trip. Place hadnt really changed much! Food isnt anything to write home about but the service was decent and the salad bar (the main reason we came back!) is still a great value ($3 as an addition to your meal or $1.50 to replace a side in your meal.). Overall a pretty good value (especially if your like salad!).

the first time we went they forgot our appetizers so we figured wed give it a second try so low and behold they forgot the appetizers again. ordered salad from the salad bar and the bill was 26 dollars are you kidding me its kind of expensive for two small salads. I do not recommend going there what so ever the service and the food was horrible the salad bar was pathetic.

Visited Ruby Tuesday for lunch today. The food was good and the salad bar was properly chilled. We had an internet coupon which was not going through correctly. The manager was more than fair in resolving it before we even knew there was a problem. Our waitress was very good and was checking in to refill sodas and tea without being asked. This was a nice visit.

Food was overly salty. Salad bar was basic. But ambience was nicer than cheap chain restaurants. Decent prices though, considering how overpriced restaurants generally are. Go to the grocery store and learn how to use your kitchen appliances, youll be better off. Less money and healthier.

I cannot believe I was charged for a childs apple juice refill. Most restaurants dont charge for any drink refill, especially if the have a full bar. I hope the drinks at the bar arent as watered down as my lemonade. I did get extra lemon so I could make it myself.

Orders chicken and my partner ordered salmon for the salad bar and had to remind them twice. Finally got it and the cold salon was warm and the chicken was kind of warm. We were told the kitchen was not ready. Hummmm the place was empty.

Great place for a good meal at good prices. The Garden Bar alone is worth the trip, and can easily serve as a complete meal. Service can be uneven, depends on the luck of the draw for your server.

This place is over rated and way too expensive. I was charged $8.90 for chocolate ice cream and brownie topping! Crazy!!!!
