Never been to the restaurant before. Really nice atmosphere. Platter cost $16.99 compared to $18.99-22.99 everywhere else in Salisbury, Amesbury and Newburyport. Now I know why. Heaping plate of beige food. Haddock was dried out. Shrimp was previously frozen and rubbery. Scallops were tasteless and rubbery. The worst offender: fried clams. The bellies were the consistency of sludge. French fries and onion rings underneath were cold, tasteless and appeared to have been previously cooked and reheated. I suspect everything on the plate was from a frozen industrial-size bag and reheated. I ate a little less than half before I started feeling sick to my stomach. They did not charge us but they also did not refill the "bottomless" cup of coffee we ordered. Waitstaff acted like they didnt want to be there. Tap water was awful.

We have been dining here for years, so obviously the food is good. We were there on 4/19 @ approximately 6:30. I asked if there was any quiche available, the waitress came back and said no. I then asked for french onion soup, she replied, "would you like a sandwich with that"? I asked if I could have a grilled cheese. She then said let me go ask, and returned with another no. Really? I couldnt have a flipping grilled cheese???? Its on the childrens menu, so why couldnt I get one? I wouldve paid the full price for it.

Am in town for work and found this near my hotel. I sat at the bar and had a very pleasant evening. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive. I had the Autumn salad which was a special tonight and it was amazing. Spring greens, tomato, grapes, strawberries, figs, candied walnuts, bacon, feta, and I added salmon on top. It was such a great combination of flavors that I am going to try to recreate it at home. It definitely exceeded my expectations of a "sports bar with comfort food".

We have been coming to SSG (both Salisbury & Peabody locations) for many years. We enjoy their bar and have found the food & service to be consistently at the top of the North Shores casual dining establishments. Great variety of apps, salads, sandwiches & dinner. Toll House Pie is a favorite dessert and they also make a great chocolate martini. Kerri, bartender in Salisbury, is fantastic!

Great place to come with friends and family. Huge menu filled with great seafood, steak and chicken dishes. I happen to love their fishermans platter which can be shared with another person its that big. Fantastic appetizers, best nachos around, great drinks, and always a great wait staff. Ernie has been at this a long time, and he always pleases.

Lousy service. Forgot our appetizers then tried serving them after entree. We had no waitress for at least 10 minutes. They were switching shifts so we had no service. Took 20 minutes to get a club soda and they were not busy. Hostess stared at us thru most of our visit. I will never go back. Pretty sour

We waited about 10 minutes to get a seat, which wasnt bad. The service was fast and friendly and the food was really good! Their burgers are my favorite item on the menu but tonight I had the triple decker turkey club with fries, both excellent. I would recommendstopping here sometime.

Thus is another chain restaurant so the menu us the same at all of them with maybe the exception of the specials. The food is good but my experience is only with the lunch menu. The bartenders we met and now know are friendly and comforting. Good place to pop in for a beer and lunch.

My son was having trouble eating due to an ear infection & his waitresses was very attentive 2 his needs & offered a lot of suggestions 2 help him try to enjoy his meal. I got the gluten free mixed grilled with mashed potatoes and I was I love with every bite.

Service sucked at first then got progressively better drinks are ok but price is high for what you get loaded with kids and muscle heads a good bartender should know middle aged people tip more because we have more just saying good service equals good tips.

I was really unimpressed with our lunch today the burger was cooked til it was hard almost like it was reheated the onion was dries out and the lettuce slimy ,,,the mac and cheese balls were cold and hard the server was super nice tho

I eat here often - usually very pleased. Tonight was awful - unfriendly server, bad food (all 3 meals). Maybe it was the B team working because its Memorial Day. But if youre going to be open, you need to keep everything up to par.

Fried zucchini sticks, salads, sandwiches, its just all good. My sisters and I are litterally in LOVE with their burgers. We crave them and always want more. Great onion rings and cocktails as well.
