After my 6 hours cheer competition I was exhausted and hungry and decided on my way back home to CT stop and eat in Panera Bread. I ordered for my mom steak panini and I got steak sandwich instead. I asked for new panini and worker pulled vegetables from sandwich but left lettuce in it and put it in oven. when worker gave me my order back food on tray was totally messed up. I wish I took a picture of it. there were smashed pickle, one tomatoes slice in another out, from nowhere piece of chicken were on side. It was so embarrassing to bring it to my mom, my mom told McDonald food look much better than that mess on tray and its her first time to see cooked lettuce in sandwich / panini. We got our refund for it and only, no apologies and now I dont think Ill have ever lunch date with my mom in Panera Bread. Sadly it was one of our favorite places before. Thanks, hungry cheerleader.

food is good, most of the staff is friendly and accommodating, however there are a couple of staff members that seem nice but are really condescending and rude to customers and to other employees. I hate to name names but I believe it was a woman called Maureen and man named Lamont, they seem nice on the surface but they belittled other staff and take their anger out on other workers and customers, they really should be retrained or fired. it is in poor taste to conduct themselves in this manner, especially when they are not managers with no authority whatsoever. I work as a supervisor in a real estate agency and I have never seen such micromanagement and disrespect over issues that are so minute.

I always go in the morning when I get out of my overnight shift. Even though the workers are busy with customers and early morning tasks, they still smile, and greet you like you are the first customer and there is nothing else to do. They are quick and efficient, and I enjoy the Panera benefits as well. :)

So helpful! I had to place a last minute catering order and our numbers kept changing by the minute. The manager was so helpful in changing the order and making everything work out on such a short timeline. I cant thank her and that Panera enough. Thank you!!

Panera is good. 3 out 5 times they mess up my large take-out order but when called up on it they make up for their mistake. Check your order before you leave.
