Used to love this place, but the service is horrible now. I go here for lunch every other week. The wait staff used to know me and would come to my table with my drink without ordering right when I sat down. When I picked my sushi, I would get it quickly and they would be really attentive to refill my drink, clear my empty dishes, and give me new menus to pick more sushi. Today was the final straw. I came in and sat down and it took ten minutes before I got my drink even though I ordered it while I was sitting down. And there were only three tables with customers. When I ordered my food, they brought me my cold sushi first and that was missing items I ordered. About ten minutes later, they brought me the two pieces of tempura I ordered and it was iced cold. After I finished my first round, they gave me new menus to order more food which I filled out right away. I waited ten to fifteen minutes for them to come to get my order and I finally got tired of waiting and threw a $20 on the table and got up to leave (my bill was going to be $19.20). As I walked out the door, the waitress asked me if I was done. I said apparently and walked out the door. I am a patient guy. I am very forgiving for bad service if the waitperson is at least trying and is either just bad or overwhelmed. In this case, my waitperson was neither trying nor overwhelmed. There is no reason when there are only three tables being served that a customer should wait more than a couple of minutes for service. I was a good customer, but now I am done.

They have great sushi for an all you can eat, but aside from the Takoyaki the warm food is a let down. However, the reason I feel the need to write a review is the nature of their pricing. I went for lunch and I ordered too much by accident (because they have you fill out an order form, some of the quantities are unspecified) and as I was finishing my meal and getting ready to ask for the check, more food was brought out that I had not been aware of ordering. In a typical all you can eat buffet this situation hardly merits any response from the customer or the proprietor, but this place is different. The manager came up to me and said that normally he would charge me for each piece of uneaten food, but since I am a frequent customer he would "let this slide". For a buffet that costs close to 30 dollars for dinner (which i get for the sashimi and takoyaki) I was somewhat offended at their response to this situation. I have since made it a point not to eat at this restaurant, not because the food is bad, but because they do not understand what an "all you can eat" is.

Not many people were here on a weekend night and for good reason. Sushi was alright, but we ordered a lot of things and didnt get half of what we wanted, so we had to order twice. Also, steer clear of the sea urchin on the cucumber on the serve yourself table. It is absolutely disgusting and I got sick from it... Service was also terrible, servers didnt ask how the food was, didnt say much, and even when we clearly made eye contact we did not get any service. Never coming here again. We were stuck here for 3 hours when we couldve been out in half that time. Go to other places, youll get better service and sushi, plus they may be less expensive than here too.

I was a regular here and just ruined it for me today. I had a friend drive in 35 min to have lunch with me. We ordered fast as I know it take some time. 5 Shrimp come out 15 Min later. Total of 38 Min waited for our food and it never came. I have a 30 min Lunch mind you. I left Unhappy and might never go here again. The place was not busy. They also had 3 sushi Chefs and my food never came. So unhappy with the service. If you have tons of time it might be for you. The food will never come trust me.

Sushi were decent, but service was the worst Ive had in a while. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant and waitresses just stood there talking even when we were trying to get their attention. No one came to ask "how is everything?" after the food was brought to the table. Waitress just tried to take a plate from under my friend without even asking her if she was finished with it. I didnt like the choice for all-you-can-eat sushi and I ended up paying less for exactly what I wanted.

I love SuSu Sushi! They have a great all you can eat menu, and treat us like family when we go. You actually order the all you can eat rather than have a buffet so you can load up on Sashimi or whatever you like without getting filled up on rice. If you go hungry its a great deal! They also offer early bird discounts now Monday-Thursday if you can get there before 5. Its also a few dollars more Friday-Sun.

The first all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant where I am not leery about the quality because rather than a buffet, they offer table service. Service is quick, sushi is always well-cut and nicely presented. Only knock is sometimes they forget items, but you can always re-order, so not a big problem. Havent tried their foundation dishes, but friends have and say the Bento Boxes and Pad Thai are really good.

Conveniently located, SuSu Sushi has the best all you can eat lunch. Today my boyfriend and I ordered so much sushi and the food was brought to our table within 10 minutes. The people were very nice and refilled drinks in a timely manner. I was brought my miso soup 5 minutes after I ordered it. They also have the best prices Ive seen in a long time. I highly recommend this place.

Good quality sushi. Didnt like the fried scallops (wasnt real). Tempura was good. Customer service was great! Very attentive & Friendly. We finished everything but I heard the waitress offering the guest sitting next to us if they want to bring it home. If you like sushi & up to try new sushi / nigiri / sashimi this is the spot as its eat all you can. 4 stars!

Was told food would be ready in 30 minutes...still waiting and its been over 50 minutes... completely unprofessional. The waitress keeps telling me just a few minutes. If its going to take longer let the customer know before hand. Ridiculous. She just told her daughter to get my order ready.

I love SuSu Sushi. Their all-you-can-eat menu is great. My friends and I go here all the time to eat their sushi. Just make sure you do eat it all or you will be charged $1 for every piece you dont eat. Good to keep gluttonous people from wasting food in check.

10/10 Hard to resist all you can eat Sushi! Have been multiple times and always the staff seems nice and the place is clean. All the sushi is awesome and the selection is large. I eat until its hard to move! A+ would keep coming back!
