Im actually not very happy with UNOs. Apart from sub-par food and a 99 style layout, Id prefer good old Chilis any day. First, it was my boyfriends 59th birthday. His daughter made certain to call ahead to make arrangements. She was advised they couldnt make arrangements regarding birthdays or special occasions as they didnt know who our server would be. Okay, understandable. Once we arrived, we chose a table outside where coincidentally, 3 other birthdays were happening. I excused myself and spoke privately with the bartender (a short dark haired girl who assured me shed alert the waitress and bring the requested dessert.) I also approached the waitress (a larger dark-haired girl with finger nails that rival the Sistine Chapel..perhaps this was why I found a piece of green goo glitter in my water...but I digress...) After the heavily painted waitress brought the birthday boy the wrong dinner all together, she apparently forgot to bring out his birthday stuff...even when the band leader went around the room announcing "all the birthdays in the house." Having basically ruined any possible surprise factor, I went ahead and started serving a cake I had (LUCKILY) brought from home. THAT apparently did not remind our server, even when I bluntly said, "Would you mind please bringing us 4 cake plates, as its his birthday?" Geez, can you have a worse possible celebration? It was bad enough that he was already disappointed because his present didnt fit but to have this fiasco was just horrible. I dont think I can possibly recommend this restaurant to anyone for any reason.

Nov I2 called ahead for arrangements for a party of 20 to 25 on Nov 19, got a confirmation and was asked for any special request. We get to the restaurant on the date and time I called for and what a surprise my Name wasnt on the list here I am the cake, the guest and no where to be seated. The manager was very very helpful he explained we might have to wait a while but he was going to accommodate us. He did it took about an a hour and by this time my guest were getting impatient. We get seated and the waitress made no eye contact with any one and as she introduced her self she literally throwing the napkins to each guess instead of placing them on the table. Then she proceeds to tell us there will be no splitting of the bill and give 100 excuses as to how this will unaccomodate her. By this point all my guest are seeing her behavior sensing her attitude so we decide to get up and go. When asking for our cake she slaps her hand on her thigh and says WTF honestly I will not give my money to some one with that kind of attitude. Thank you to the manager for attempting to help but get rid of that waitress people like her do no belong in place like this. Thanks for the effort..

Awful dinner service plagued by one mistake after another - we found plastic in 3/4 of our pizzas. One meal ( the only good one) came 15 minutes after the other entrees were served. We didnt find plastic on it - but for an unos classic deep dish - there was no cheese!!!! It was sausage on top of dough with a PILE of cold tomatoes on it. The manager was insincere in her apology, and offered if there was anything we could do since we certainly didnt want our meals replaced. One of my friends asked for a dessert and I asked for another drink. The other two were put off by the other events of the night. By the end, we had to fight to get them off the bill! But they certainly would not take off the 3 meals that were contaminated and were not replaced. The servers spend their time staring that the order screen in the back instead of asking their customers if they needed new drinks (which many did) or if everything was ok. I certainly cant imagine that our food was the only food that was contaminated - but the manager certainly didnt go around to check on anyone elses food. This was a disaster. Not only was it unsafe but we had to pay for food we couldnt even eat!

Came on a Monday, hardly anyone there. I waited in front 10 minutes before anyone came to seat me. When I got seated my waiter left me there to look over the menu for another 20 minutes. I order a Chicago style pizza, my first one ever and the crust was good but barely any meat but lots of veggies. I never seen bell peppers that chunky on a pizza, and it came back cold literally...so they let me order something else and when that pizza came back look like I had 2 pizzas in one half had barely any chicken on it the other half sauce. And one slice didnt have nothing on it...Take your time and make a good pizza. I wont be coming back here. A little ceasar pizza looks and taste better than here...Oh one more thing dont let the pictures fool you, ya food not gonna look nothing like it...

Monday night at Unos we ordered steak tips and a Spinocholi Pizza. The Steak Tips tastes as if they were microwaved the pizza tasted ok but it was watery and runny like it was a frozen pizza that they just threw toppings on it and tried to make it look good. Just aweful, the manager was not professional looking or acting she kept pushing for us to order something else or re-making the food but after 1/2 a bite of the steak tips I wouldnt want to eat there food again. The waitresses were sitting in the boths behind us and chit-chatting with some customers instead of doing there jobs. I am a member of the insiders club for Unos and I love there Holyoke MA and Manchester CT stores but never again will I Eat in Springfield MA again.

I went last week, the customer service was bad, the soup was microwaved and the match too. The vegatables were cold. My sons pizza was full of liquids I guess from the tomatoes that Im pretty sure came out of can because the appearance, and the waiter was rude and kept us waiting for long time. Also, he was annoyed when we asked to refill the drinks. I went 4 years ago and the food was delicious but this time was horrible. I wont visit this place ever again.

I received Quick Service. Got take out an order a pizza skins to go. Its like an appetizer of pizza with mashed potatoes and cheese and bacon and sour cream. Looks good made fresh. I had several specifications as far as keeping the bacon on the side and ask for an order of blue cheese on the side and seltzer water with lemon and lime on the side. They accommodated everything and were patient with my request and very friendly. Today was a good experience.

Went on a Friday around 6:30pm. My friend and her infant son. The waitress was very accommodating. Asked for more napkins for my pizza (only got one) they came when I was finished. Got a thin crust pepperoni, sasuage and mushroom pizza was ok. The crust could have cooked a tad longer. Got the fishbowl drink. For $10.00, hardly any liquor. It was only was ok.

Nothing but a 5 star review for this UNO restaurant, our waitress friendly and outgoing and the food was delicious! The staff was incredibly helpful when we had an incident that led to the retrieval of our credit card from inside the booth! We will definitely be visiting this location every time we go to six flags!
