Went here last Friday night and, well, the positive is that the food was great which is pretty standard at a chain like this. The negative was the volume of the music they played. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was in a club and I cant for the life of me understand why they would play the music that loud. Everyone in there was shouting because of it. If you went there to watch a sports game it would be an absolutely miserable experience. The one in East Windsor plays music but never so loud that you have to shout so I am left to believe that is a decision made by the manager. Maybe they intend to turn it into a buffalo wing night club, who knows. Between the music volume and the terrible parking conditions I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the East Windsor location.

A few weeks ago my husband and I, along with 10 friends, went to BWW for his birthday. It was the beginning of our night which was supposed to be at D&B but we couldnt wait 3 hours to eat! Our waiter, Josh, was very patient and helpful to many of us whove never been to a BWW. It almost felt like he was part of our crowd with how friendly he was! The food was great as well. My husband got Ghost Pepper wings which turned into a game of which of his friends was brave enough to try one! The only downside I have to say was the music. Normally at restaurants you cant even hear it but since it was loud, we were often talking above it. And the song selection...well, lets just say certain songs made me glad I was with a group of friends and not sitting alone at the bar.

My wife and I eat here 2-3 times a month. We decided we wanted to have wings at our wedding, since it was an outdoor picnic style wedding. I had the pleasure of working with a manager name Gabriela, and she was so incredibly helpful. She helped decide an amount as well as suggested some popular flavors for us. Very smooth and very easy to work with them. The morning I picked them up they had my wings ready before the store even opened, and had plenty of ranch, blue cheese, and veggies ready to go even though it was something I forgot about during the ordering process. Its always great to have such a good experience at an establishment that we already love so much. Highly recommend this place for any occasion!

The burger I request comes with pulled pork and bacon. I get the burger and there is no bacon or pulled pork. I wonder if mistake or they skimp out on purpose because they cheap? No way Im sending food back because then I wont trust it or if anything was done to it. After awhile they bring me bacon and pulled pork...but how do I know they didnt do something to the bacon or pork? I dont trust sending food back or complaining for obvious reasons... I ate the burger and tipped ten percent but, looking back, I wish I just left without eating it and tipped nothing. Probably wont go back because now Im afraid theyll remember me and mess with my food.

I went for the first time last weekend. Even with all of the snow, we found great parking. There was a mix of people there including a guy who had no shame but to sit there by himself at a table for four and text. The food was great and beer was good. Our waiter was very nice and she seemed very confident and knowledgeable about the beer choices. The atmosphere was pretty good and the Manager made himself present and met and greeted people. I thought it was a pretty neat place considering its a chain. There was a lot of activity from the music to the TVs but all seemed reasonably volumed ;-).

Sat in the bar area last night and got the beer cup special where you get a cup to take home. The 2nd time I drank from the cup I almost swallowed a shard of glass. I brought it up to the waitress and she notified the manager and they comped the drink along with a can/bottle beer. Im sure it wasnt there intentions to put glass in my drink but shouldnt the bar tender be rinsing the glass before pouring from the tap? Food and service was good. Wish they rinsed the glass before pouring.

Went for a few appetizers and some drinks. My waitress was HORRIBLE. She had no personality and we had to ask 2 other waitresses to either help us get her attention or get us something. She never mentioned the 1/2 price select items only menu and never smiled once. The service was slow as well. Whoever the bartender was that night was awesome though. However they need to work on Crystals waitress skills.

It was my first time being there. I liked the televisions and everything. It seemed like a cool place to watch a game or something. However, I ordered a salt & vinegar chicken wrap and I was not impressed. There was little flavor and the tortilla was poor quality in my opinion. My boyfriend liked his chicken sandwich with hot sauce. I would go back but on a game night and probably just stick to wings.

The waiter name Tito was the worst server. We order appetizers and our meal but was expecting just the appetizer first we get the entire meal at once. Felt like he was trying to get rid of us. Than when we wanted to bring left over home he brings one box for all the meals. Appetizer and meal. It was a nightmare with this guy. Just a warning dont have this guy serve you.

Its always hit-or-miss theres no consistency. We come here because the kids really enjoy it and sometimes the food is good and sometimes its bad you never know what youre gonna get. Also when you order an appetizer you never know if its actually going to come or come while your meal is on the table. Today was one of the days where it was not good

Great wings, though it is often rather loud inside the restaurant, what with all the TVs and football crowd, so my husband and I usually order takeout. Weve also gotten a catering sized order from them for a party. We picked them up before the restaurant even officially opened for the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to work with.

This place is huge and loud with a lot of TVs for sports fans. The food was OK but the service was TERRIBLE. It took a long time to take our order then it took a long time for the food to arrive. Then I had to go ask someone for the check. This was despite the fact that there were multiple employees sitting near by doing nothing.

Went for the first time with a friend from out of state. Went for a late night drink and wings/snacks and it was a good time. Got the order switched up briefly but all was good. Friendly staff and delicious food. Definitely plan to visit again and eat outside while it is still nice out.

First time here they messed up our order, but manager came rite out to us and fixed everything up we got treated better here then when we go out to high class restaurants GREAT PLACE will deff come back this is my new hang out spot from now on!
