This lounge is by far the best lounge ive been to. I mean cmon. Ill be honest i been to plenty... Petra...1001 arabian nights... Empire...BUT none of these lounges compare to fusion hookah. With their great prices and amazing flavors. Im there almost every friday and saturday so when i seen someone put a bad review of the staff and obnoxious ppl in the lounge... I thought. Wow, some people just dont know how to have a good time. You came from new haven and probably decided to come super late. And the one about being kicked out for not buying new shisha? Like i said ive been to many lounges. They are all the same with the time. You cant expect for a bowl to last 3 hours. This lounge is awesome and im sticking with it. They havent failed me ever.

Friends and I have always been regular customers at Fusion, lately we havent been able to go because of our schedule. After a month or so of not going, we decided to go yesterday. We were having a really good time. We got 20$ hookah. About an hour or so, guy comes up to us and says we need to get a refill. We said we were good. Usually we get a refill after two hours. He rudely takes away our hookah and says if we dont get a refill we need to leave. What kind of business is that, where you tell a paying customer to leave? I just wasted 20$ for an hour? I could easily go to another hookah pay 24$ and smoke all night long. Which is what my friends and I will be doing. So the wannabe "boss" just made hes real boss lose customers.

Fusion is by far one of the best hookah lounges Ive been to. Their flavors are out of this world and you get so much smoke for up to almost 2 hours. The most important thing you expect when you go to any lounge is good service and I can promise you that you will get exceptional service. Its a great place to be. There are so many different vibes that Fusion offers such as a chill laid back vibe on the weekdays and then on the weekends you can expect great music and a club feel. The staff constantly checks up on your coals and the hookah itself to make sure youre having a great night. I highly recommend this lounge.

Not sure why there are negative reviews on here. Hookah flavors are very fair, actually a little bit less expensive than other lounges in the area. Theres a wide variety of flavors for regular, fruit, and pineapple bowls. Fridays and Saturdays have a pretty good nightlife, but there are also many times you can come here, relax, and smoke. Sunday and Thursday nights usually have the the football games on. Hookahs last for about an hour and a half, which is pretty good. Refill prices are also reasonable.

I will never go back to this place again. Horrible lounge, including arrogant personnel who kick their costumers out if they do not extend hookah for extra money. Not only that, hookah they serve is not of good quality. I ordered hookah with watermelon flavor which did not taste like watermelon at all. When I tried to let people know, they kicked us out instead. People please do not waste your time and money by going to this place. There are places in Hartford with better hookah and quality service.

The hookah was great. A great atmosphere. Was there for a good two hours then one of the staff came up and said we had 15 minutes left on our hookah. Didnt offer us another round or anything just said we were done. We had a great time up until that point. We were disappointed when he did that because we were going to get another one but decided against it. Its a shame this is the second review that had this same comment

I only gave 4 because it was advertised on one of the tvs in there their new flavors and when i tried to order one they said they didnt carry that kind otherwise 5 stars. Everyone is there for one reason to chill and have a good time and thats def the vibe i got. They keep up to make sure your hookahs all set will be returning

Never even really got through the door. SKETCHY street, no lights just kinda creepy.. Was packed with obnixious kids screaming and running around and pushing eachother stumbling around. Friday. I couldnt tell what was going on. Staff looked absolutely unamused and done for the day. Turned around drove to New Haven.

The energy and love that the staff bring is what keeps me coming back!! The music is extremely diverse and there is always something for everybody! If you love to make new friends, vibe out and dance this is the place to be in CT. I drive 40 minutes to the lounge and its worth it everytime! LOVE THEM!

Excellent customer service, best hookah in New England, dope vibe and music that suits the clients. A place everyone could enjoy. Prompt service, affordable products and fun place to be. First lounge to offer happy hour rates. I recommend pineapple bowls!!!! Great job guys, keep it up.

So I went here this weekend and let me tell you. The staff was friendly and I didnt any wait time for coals when I needed them. The prices are very fair and the flavors are great. Hands down best hookah lounge in the north east. I will be coming back again when Im in the area.
