I always liked this pizza place before but i don`t know what is the phone answer`s problem today, I told the lady that i was calling from a magicjack line.everything was fine,but she said that they could not use that magicjack line for the driver to call me back when he was outside.So instead of her trying to find out another way on how i can get in contact so that i can get my food,she hung up in my face.I then called back and was gonna give her another phone number so that i can order my food and she hung up in my face again,i called again i got a few words in to tell her that i have another number and she hung up again.she did this 5 GODDAM times now im furious i called back again and asked to speak with the manager or someone in charge she said hold on,i said ok now im gonna give a real bad report to her boss ,so then she picked up the phone and hung it up.i called one last time i asked her why is she treating me like this i want to talk to her boss she say`s HE IS NOT HERE! ARE YOU SERIOUS! i felt like this cavewoman knew me personally or something like i must of did her wrong in my past life for her to act like such a huge FEMALE DOG! THE QUEEN B.well good luck empire hope that girl gets promoted to half a brain.PS. I didn`t even wanna put 1 star i wanted to put zero stars but i had to add 1.thats the only extra they are getting out of me

I normally have a very good experience with epire pizza but as of right now, Im 2 hours into waiting for my order and still nothing. We called to ask and they said someone was out to deliver an hour ago. It makes me sad because I usually get good service from this place, but in all honesty this is getting a bit ridiculous. Were regulars and the drivers know where we live so they didnt get lost... --------------------------------------------------- Edit: Not really the drivers fault, someone accidentally pushed a different button on a GPS and sent the poo guy off to the middle of nowhere. They really do normally have great service and great pizza. Im actually eating some right now from a different order later on and its just as good as always! Also noted based on other reviews, we only ever order through "Grub Hub" weve never been to the store in person nor called to order over the phone.

Im giving big - 5 stats I regret to record strong resentful because of what happened to me from the embarrassment with my guest yesterday awaiting an order dinner, yesterday night (11:42 pm) after hard working day i requested Cheese Pizza and Ice tea and the worker who received my order told me how much ($15,98) and about 45 min to receive my order, i was waiting with my Guest All the night, i called again nobody responded, why They didnt apologize in the first time when I requested my order? to say: we are going to close and the time is not enough to prepare your order. They can say that and I understand, but they accepted the order and told me how much is it and the time!!! In the next day morning I called them to talk to the manager they told me he is not available "without respectful language"

My delivery driver was robbed after I had already waited an hour. Then instead of being compensated for my wait I was spoken to rudely like "do you want your order or not". Not even a 2 liter for the 90 minute wait because apparently its my fault the driver was robbed. And then instead of telling me a fresh one is being made and delivered they said someone was going to meet the driver and if my food wasnt stolen it would be delivered. Um excuse me? So I should not only not be compensated for the extensive wait but I should also receive stolen and or touched food? Not fresh food or any customer gratitude at all. I love the pizza but will never order from them ever again. Unappreciative towards the people who make their business prosper. This really shows how low of class this establishment is.

Very bad place.. There was a piece of dishwashing eqpyment in my meatballs and spaghetti also the cashiers brown hair or wateever was in my salad ..wack place to dine in or order not a safe place to eat at or take your kids...please dont eat from here..Or if u do just make sure to look in your food before u eat it. God Bless .

I just finished what I could eat of a shrimp and chip plate. The french fries were soggy and chewy, and the shrimp was the same. The only thing that was edible was the salad. I know that I am taking a chance ordering delivery late at night (I work overnights) but this was horrible. I would not recommend anyone ordering from Empire.

I completely agree with beatriz. I tried to make an order and got distracted by something on tv and laughed. The rude cashier got really disrespectful then hung up on me. She continued to hang up every time I called back. She definitely costs this establishment money.

Service sucked. They screwed up my order then when I call back they tell me I have to wait another half hour to get the right order. They came with my order so I payed for something I didnt even order. I am super pissed off. Never again will order from here

Horrible ! I would never go there again ! The cook has no gloves while making the food, the cashier took my order and left to another store for change because she didnt have money in her drawer. Horrible customer service and disgusting infection control !!!

The mozz stix were exceptional. Thick, crispy breading surrounding a firm yet pliable cheezy center that bursts forth like an overdue blemish on a teens oily face. The garlic bread, however, was dooty.
