Tonight was my second time ordering from here. The first time, about 2 months ago, I was told the pizza would be delivered in 35 minutes. Showed up after an hour and a half. I figured maybe they were just having a bad day, so I decided to try it again. Well, I placed the order at 6:26pm and was told it would be here by 7:05pm (keep in mind I only live about a mile and a half away.) I gave it until 7:30 and gave them a call. They clearly forgot to even make my food (I ordered a grinder and clam strips) but said the delivery guy would be here in 5-10 minutes. Well its now 8:10pm and I just got it. I called the owner to make a complaint and he actually had the audacity to raise his voice at me and tell me Im being ridiculous. And now after seeing his response on everyone elses Google reviews, it looks like theyre just unprofessional altogether. I, my friends, my family, and anyone who asks me where the best Italian food around is, will definitely not be eating there. Ever. Oh, to top it off I pulled 2 long black hairs out of my meatball grinder. Wont be surprised if this place goes out of business real soon.

We were very happy with the service and quality of food in the restaurant. I read all the reviews on google and must say, take it easy people. If you have been going there for years and had one bad experience do not go online and berate the establishment. Talk to the manager and ask them if they can make it right. Oh, and if you live a mile down the road and want to complain the pizza came 20 minutes late how about you drive down the road and pick it up yourself next time. I have been doing that for years no matter what pizza restaurant I order from because delivery is seldom on time anyways. I would recommend to the management though to remove third party order options online. If problems come from them about wait times then just have the option to order from the app or website. Then call the customer to confirm the delivery, write that in their email. If they dont pick up the phone, no delivery. That is just one suggestion. Again overall great experience in restaurant, we will be going back again.

Ive had Roma pizza before actually sitting down at the restaurant and loved it, but last night we had it delivered and it was the first time I ever had Roma deliver. It was still extremely hot and so delicious and fresh. And it was snowing out !!!! They delivered HOT and delicious is a timely manor. :) That was the first time I ever had anyyyy pizza place deliver and had it as hot as it was. Literally out of the oven freshness. Highly recommend. Also if you eat in hopefully you go on a night that Debbie is working. Shes the sweetest waitress!!!

I just order four kids meal fish meals pizza and other thinks the fish meals were burnt and dry the kids meals were over cooked my boneless wings had a very little hot sauce on them over all it was very bad talked to the manager and first said he would pay for what was and able to eat he would send his guy back out to get the food then he calls back to say if the food is that bad we should bring it back he is very rude and I will tell family and friends about this experience at this restaurant and I will not be going back there.

Do NOT eat at this restaurant. It is FILTHY. I am a former driver for this joint and over the summer they were just about shut down after a health inspector visit. The main delivery driver bill with the blue Chevy van is a convicted PEDOPHILE. Down stairs in the basement clean dishes were left on the floor and in the dirty sink and then brought back up to be used. I cant think of anywhere else nastier than Roma pizza.

This is asking me what I liked about it. Lets say nothing. I waited an hour and a half for my food. And the delivery guy didnt even follow the delivery instructions..maybe hiring some literate delivery drivers would be a good idea, and maybe investing in a clock would help. On top of that food arrived cold and the pizza tasted like sack. Not ordering here again. Not ever. No way.

I am a regular customer there . I mostly order delivery and sometimes dine in or pick ip my food. It is mosty fast delivery and food is good and hot. They messed up my order a couple times but they fixed their mistakes right away. I do understand they get busy sometimes so service time takes longer but compared to other restaurants they are better quality and service wise.

I had a terrible first experience with this place. I had to repeat myself over and over to the lady who took my order. She said it would be 40 minutes but it took an hour. The driver seemed to have an attitude problem when I asked if there was a discount available given that they were late. He clearly do not appreciate my business. I will not be calling on this place again

Meals took forever to come out and there was only 1 other table of 2 in the restaurant. Eggplant parm was terrible. A couple pieces of eggplant on a plate covered up with mozzarella cheese and sauce. Chicken scampi was cold and sitting in a pile of olive oil. Salad was very boring. Iceburg lettuce and some veggies. We are leaving hungry, and never coming back!

Ordered the mild wings and honey BBQ wings and mmmmm they were delicious! They use good quality chicken and the wings arent too big or too small. Im picky about my wings. The only thing I wish is if I didnt come in a Styrofoam container! I prefer aluminum but thats just me! Never tried anything else here but if you want some good wings than this is the spot.

I have always been a fan of Roma. Our favorite is the Florentine but, tonight, I was very disappointed. The pizza was cold and under cooked. Has this been my first time ordering, I sincerely doubt I would order again. I hope this trend does not continue or they will lose me as a customer. 2 stars for tonight...the mozzarella sticks rocked!

No star, only put one so I could comment. Roma pizza is always inconsistent but usually good. Tonight the pizza tasted like a twice re-heated frozen pizza. The cheese was like rubber, hardly any sauce and what has happened to the crust? My dog even refused to eat the crust tonight. This will be the last time we order from Roma.

Found a fried chicken head in box of fried wings, like litterally a FRIED CHICKEN HEAD eyeballs, beak...it was disgusting. I went to the owners to show them they became rude and aggressive. The place was filthy cockroaches mouse traps, filthy, if you want food Bourne illness and fried chicken heads this is the place for you.

Terrible i ordered something little and it never came called and he says they will deliver it id have to pay full price but it will be cold because it was sitting for 2 hours i didnt recove a call or anything saying they went to the wrong house. This isnt the first time either they have lost mme as a customer completly
