If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We have ordered from them a few times before and the food is so so. Tonight I placed an order and when the food arrived, it was very soggy. I called and the girl who answered the phone was very snotty telling me that she prepared it and that she is sure it was fine. I told her it wasnt and she asked what I wanted them to do, I told her I want the food replaced, SINCE I PAID FOR IT, and she was very rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back 5 times and every time she HUNG UP on me. I tried calling back to demand a refund but they keep hanging up. Poor business practices. Trust me, Save your money!! There are plenty of other places that you could order from in west springfield. I would never, ever suggest anyone to order from here. This is unacceptable behaviour. And if the owner cares about their reputation, I suggest they let that girl go. I would never allow my employees to treat a customer in such a way. I will be following up tomorrow, I want to speak personally with the business owner. Beyond unacceptable.

Worst experience everrrrrrrr. They played with my food. We made sure over the phone how I wanted my wings and they delivered the opposite of what I wanted and they did it on purpose Cus its impossible that we talked about it more then 3 times of the type of wings I wanted and they still delivered the wrong order not caring for humans at all. They are miserable and they get off by making other people miserable just like them selves. I understand a mistake but this was definitely not a mistake Cus I made sureeeee I explained my self clearly more then 3 times and I even double checked before we hung up the phone call and they still send me the wrong order on purpose. They mess up my whole mood and my appetite

Havent even tried the food yet we are literally sitting in the dining room waiting and by dining room I mean a few tables and chairs with a mess of boxes behind me and the cooler where they keep their stuff next to me we sit down to wait for our pizzas and two of the workers are yelling at each other while one is outside and the other behind the counter so rude and not how you do customer service

Food was great service with a smile. Pizza was crispy and loaded with toppings. Also the best burger and wings i had in a long time. Get the cajun wings not on the menu but they do spacial requests

Onion rings fried in old grease and rubbery, chicken wings small and as hard as a rock w no meat on them. And the pizza has no taste, i think the pizza dough is frozen. Hardly any sauce.
