It took them an hour just to get my order correct, I kept being placed on hold cause they had too many callers and not enough people. They charged my card more than their brochure price quoted and then insisted that I add to my order cause the cashier didnt know how to do a refund to a credit card. After they delivered my pizza two women came back an hour later demanding money because they say my card didnt go through, after I showed them my online account and where the money was charged and authorized they left but called back and forth for the next 3 hours claiming they still hadnt gotten their $25 I even 3wayed my bank with them and they still are saying they didnt get the money. They expected me to use another card and pay again.... Outta there freakin mind... The pizza itself was so thin it was ridiculous, I guess you pay for what you get. This has been the most unpleasant service I have ever received.

It took Branford Pizza 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to deliver my order, when I was told it would take 50 minutes. When I called to ask where my order was, the woman told me they were short staffed. Being short staffed on a Sunday early evening seems to be a huge problem. When I finally received the phone call that my food had arrived, the delivery man was not at my house. The delivery man went to the wrong house because he had written or been told the wrong address. When I finally got my food, it was cold and the bread and fries were soggy. Pretty unacceptable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The pizza came an hour late after we called them and said its a minute away. Showed up cold and looking like bites were taken out of it. (I took a pic and wish I can upload it here) when I called to tell them the girl sounded like she knew about it ! They also forgot a whole order of wings. Not too mention the food just all around sucks. Take your business elsewhere. They did agree to a refund but it has not shown up on my bank so theyre liars too. BAD BAD BAD BAD go get a frozen pizza Im pretty sure thats what they sell anyway

Just an all around awful experience. If youre looking for pizza, theres a Walmart like a minute away that has better frozen pizza. Also they speak english and will understand you if you have any issues. If youre looking to waste your money and time, you can do way better elsewhere. Branford Pizza just cares about your money and they dont put their heart into the pizza. And here in New England, that just isnt okay. P.S. its hotter than nam in there spend some of your stolen money on an AC.

Awful!!! I ordered over the phone and said a medium plain pizza, which I sat on the phone for 5 minutes explaining over and over it is just sauce with a tiny bit of parm cheese sprinkled on top. Repeated NO MOZ CHEESE. The guy was very rude and said this was their normal standard cheese pizza? I finally said just give me a pizza with sauce I will put the cheese on myself. Go to pick up pizza, and it was ALL CHEESE (yes moz) with NO sauce. WHAT!!? And it wasnt even good.

There was absolutely zero sauce on my pizza and when I called to ask why the guy started arguing with me and told me it was because there was buffalo chicken on it even though half of it was cheese with also no sauce. Who would eat a sauce less cheese pizza? He was extremely rude and unprofessional from the second he got on the phone he started arguing with me. I wouldnt recommend this dump to anyone!

Ordered a pizza that took 1 hour. When he arrived, he forgot the soda. I was generous and tipped him, hoping hed come back......he didnt. Basically robbed me. I called the store and the guy answering the phone literally insulted me while calling me a liar. Worst experience ever!

I ordered a large vegetable pizza, it came hot..thats the only positive. The pizza had large slices of tomato, smooshy broccoli and mooky onions, I DO NOT recommend this pizza!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! $20 down the toilet
