Asked for 2 grinders for me and my girlfriend, soda & fries... Theyre right around the corner but delivery was 40+ minutes. Received the order, except they only gave me 1 grinder. Called driver, he knew nothing; no big deal. Call restaurant back, the women on the phone was very polite and honest, said she made a mistake. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience with a free grinder or even at a discount, she said she had to ask the owner and placed me on hold for maybe 45 seconds, not bad. However when she returned to the phone she said the owner had not approved of a free order or even a discount. She said she had even admitted it to him; her mistake(who knows?). Pretty disappointing experience for me. I was really hungry and counted the minutes for the order to arrive, how much longer would it take for 1 more grinder at full price? I shared half the grinder with my girl, she thinks it was delicious, I say it was good too, but the service & management is lacking.

I have ordered from here every Friday night for MONTHS since its right next to my house. This past Friday I ordered my usual house special pizza with a side of fries. When I picked up the food the fries were cold and soggy and the pizza had only meat and olives on it, no other vegetables which I specifically asked for. When I called I had to be transferred between 3 or 4 people, one of which hung up on me, and the others who denied making the pizza incorrectly. Rudest business in town. Never again, Id rather pay more than to deal with the awful service and mediocre food. They offered no options for THEIR mess up except for me to bring the pizza back and get a new one. Which Im absolutely not risking having someone spit in my food because I complained.

Unfortunately I have to write this review, for a normally great place to order food from. Today I made an order for delivery at about 3:30 EST, and at 5:30 i called the restaurant to find out the status of my order. The person who answered the phone said that they called my phone multiple times, but I hadnt received any calls. They continued to argue with me and try to tell me that they called me several times. They were extremely rude for the first time, Ive ordered food from here for over 5 years, and I have come to post that no one should waste their time with this place anymore. Best way to get rid if bad business is not to buy into it. I suggest people go elsewhere for their food.

this place does not even deserve one star. expected time delivery said 45-60 mins. i called after one hr and the guy, not pleasent at all, said it usually is an hr to an hr & half expected delivery. i got my food a little over an hr later after i called in. Then... the food... just the worst. we order a cheese burger and a pasta dinner. cheeseburger was VERY raw (disgusting) and on top of that it looked like they put a whole jar of mayo on the burger... the pasta i order was overflowing with the alfredo sauce. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. 2.5 hrs of waiting for our food n had no choice but to trash it.

Ordered lunch today and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered online and payed with credit card, delivery did not take long at all and the driver was very pleasant. I ordered the Big Cheese Salad and quickly realized I could have ordered a small. I also ordered 2 side orders of meatballs (because years ago I was intruduced to Joey Garlic and fell in love with their meatball salad), unfortunately only received 1 order, but it was definitely enough, and extremely delicious! I will order again.

I have never had an issue with this place till last night and i am highly upset and disappointed. I ordered food online over a hour before closing for them to call me 30min later to tell me they wont deliver and since i paid with a card it basically isnt there problem to refund me. This breaks my heart as for i normally spend $40 and up on food when delivering. The man on phone was very rude and disrespectful i would never order here again

Worst place to order pizza. If there was a zero i would give these people a zero. They are unbelievable. They take over an hour for a pizza and when you call to heck on your order they speak down to you and hang up on you when they are upset. They are the absolute WORST!! Do not order From them unless you want them to take your money, not deliver your food , and talk down and hang up on you. This place sucks

I havent been in there to eat but ordered from them n wow pretty impressed pizza is absolutely delicious wings r pretty good burger can b flavored a lil more delivery not bad they were pretty fast within 30 minutes of calling n they tell you thats how long its going to b but over all its good considering the location there in its really good food def give two thumbs up ; )

We order from Big Cheese frequently for meetings, trainings and staff lunches. On average the food is for 20-30 people. The food is very good. Fresh, quick delivery and large portions. Yesterday we ordered a number of pasta dinners. The Baked ziti was awesome and enough for 3 people. Same for the chicken and eggplant parm. Keep up the good work!

Never post reviews, but this place rubbed me the wrong way. Was over 20$ for a Medium Pizza which was not great. They were rude on the phone. Driver showed up blasting his music and beeped to have me come out. This was at 10pm. STAY AWAY not worth the hassle to deal with these people. Their a horrible business who sells overpriced frozen pizza.

I was so excited to eat at this place since one if the locals recommend it. I saw that the cook was the person who took the orders and answered the phone, and the delivery guy was trying to help out before heading to a run when he handed another person my food! Needless to say I never got my whole order and the service was extremely slow

I eat at this place amost every other week. And i must say Great Food. Love their House special pizzz lg. Always willing to help. Once i order two different kind of wings 1 Buffalo and 1 regular they made the mistake of putting both mild but quick to fix it as soon as I notice it and told me to keep my other order A++ all the away

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered 2 grinders and a pizza from them, delivery. Takes over an hour to get there,and when it does my order is completely WRONG- call them back to let them know, and the guy on the phone argues with me and tells me Im wrong and that they wont remake the grinder for me and redeliver it. Pathetic.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! TODAY I MADE AN ORDER AND WAITED FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS VERY RUDE!! THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND TOLD ME TO COME GET MY MONEY..... I WISH I READ ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER!! TO HELL WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!!
