I had lunch at Corfinio with my wife, mother-in-law and 11 day old bambino. When you enter Corfinio you are magically transported in an awesome, rustic-modern-italian kitchen. The interior is open, warm, and relaxed. We ordered the beet salad which had candy striped beets, pickled fennel, fresh arugula, and delicious cheese & dressing I will never forget. The calamari was served on a large, white, square plate, with a tomato sauce which I believe is a spicy marinara. Then we moved on to the Fettuccine bolognese, the fettuccine was made from scratch at Corfinio so it easily absorbed the thick red, tasty, meaty bolognese sauce. then the Cod BLT came with a side of house salad, the BLT had a sweet bun, bacon, tomatoes a fresh, lightly breaded Cod fillet which i took home for midnight munchies. For dessert we ordered; the key lime pie which had a crunchy ginger infused crust, tangy key lime filling, topped with fresh blueberries. the Nutella brownie which was a combination of a nutella infused cake + ice-cream drizzled with something sweet I cannot describe. Finally we had the Ricotta pound cake: two fluffy pound cakes, juicy strawberries, with a creamy topping. Our waiter Kayla was awesome, attentive, quick to refill our glasses and made us feel welcome. Jermaine the manager also made sure we had the tables we wanted. Our total bill was $81.20ish and worth every damn penny. You could tell a talented chef took the time to prepare everything you eat here, even the bread and olive oil. thanks for giving my family a great afternoon..

I have been to there sister restaurant in Mansfield many times and found that very good. When we found out about this one we had to try it and we were in no way disappointed.I had the wood charcoal roasted pork chops with cherry peppers, caramelized onions, and roasted tomatoes. My wife had the beef braciole braised sirloin, stuffed with sausage, breadcrumbs and cheese, tomato sauce. We both had the risotto with these. To drink we had some louisiana named drink. You wont drink many of these. Our server alex was friendly and did a great job. There was one slight problem we had and in no way affected the meal in any way. When my wife was about 3/4 done with her drink we realized that on the other side of the glass was chipped. What kind of bothered me was when i told alex about it and said you should toss the glass after showing her the chip she said ok and took it away. This was at the end of the meal and wasnt expecting anything but maybe atleast have somebody come and apologize for this. There are people out there that would have played this for all they could.I will say this will not in any way stop us from returning.I will be checking the glasses when i get one.Little pricey but worth an evening out.

Corfinio – North Easton, Massachusetts 2/15/2017 This little Gem is located in a shopping center not far from Brockton Mass… Tonight is my third time dining here so this review is long overdue. A family run business with an open kitchen design and an over abundance of happy and friendly employees… Tonight I would start with the eggplant Rollatini. So scrumptious was the sauce that I scooped what was left out one spoonful at a time until there was no more.. delicious! For my main course this evening, the wood-fired Roasted Salmon. Red Beet Gastrique, Whipped Celery Root, Wilted Baby Kale and Gremolata… This dish was truly beyond Spectacular. Between the plating and the combination of Flavours, it reminded me of some of the finer restaurants in Boston. I swear if I was at home I would have licked the plate! I finish with a perfectly prepared Cappuccino. The right Beans in the right hands with a head of foam so perfect and consistent, it was like the Cherry on top of an amazing meal. Wow!

Very disappointed. "Clam chowder" has nothing to do with it. Even color is different, I am not talking about taste. Mediocre soup, nothing more. Chicken marsala would be more or less OK - if they could manage to put less salt in it. But desert was the pinnacle. "Cream brulee" was condensed milk with torched top. I am not joking. "Cappuccino" was OK - but for some reason somebody told them it should fit into a cup three times as big as espresso cup ... $150 for 4 people - not accounting for wine and tip. The interior is perfect, plates and silverware are of good quality and waiters are very enthusiastic. What a pity mine did not wait to hear what I was about to say to her "is everything is good?" and moved on... Dont waste your time and money.

Tremendous Italian restaurant! Id give it 6 stars if an option. Party of 6 for my mothers birthday and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Apps and desserts were phenomenal as well. Service was great. HIGHLY highly recommend! Definitely will be back again!

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Waitress was very attentive but not hovering. She made suggestions as to how my friend could get all she wanted without ordering too much food. Food was served in appealing presentation. A very pleasant lunch.

We had a great dinner there. Its pricey but an upscale restaurant. Nice atmosphere, good service, a lively bar and good food. Were fans. I dont know if Id make a special trip if I wasnt from Easton, but its a nice addition to the towns options.

Recently I went to lunch with some friends and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is spectacular and the food delicious and more nutritious than other restaurants that I frequent. Its a hidden gem in the town of Easton!

Food was delicious. Really enjoyed the crispy artichoke appetizer and the Braised short ribs was very flavourful and tender. Service was excellent. Expensive but worth the price. Enjoyable

High quality food cooked with a high degree of skill. Pricier, but worth the treat every once and a while. Decor suits the place well.
