Food is great, pastries are too sweet but taste fantastic. Overpriced but, location is everything they say so you pay for the convenience. My gripe is with the customer service, I work in the same location the Café is located and I purchase from there at least once a week. Unfortunately for me, there are several occasions I walk in and as soon as I get to the counter everyone is walking away. Not even eye contact. That is not how I like to be greeted. As I am standing there people are looking at me as if I am an idiot because it was so blatant. I stood for about 3 minutes without one staff member even looking in my direction I was contemplating just leaving . I am not bashing this place. It was curious to me when another set of customers walked in and although the attendant was busy, she put her things down and greeted them right away. I am not stupid or overly sensitive. Im Black. Its not difficult to figure out the rest.

One of the best in North Andover. Outstanding quality of food and preparation, good atmosphere. The Iggys bagels are great, and they accomodate special orders (Wife and I mostly eat Paleo). Great coffee and in the nice weather, a good place to sit outdoors in a historic mill building (East Mill complex - part of the Davis & Furber mills - theres even a display of the water powered electrical generators in the atrium).

As great as the food is there, its not worth the wait, or price. I went to get a side salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato) and it took them 30 minutes to get it to me. It was unbelievable. This happens every time we go to get food. The wait is terrible, and theres always a line. Its like $9 for a chicken salad sandwich on bread.

Went for the first time last week and really liked it. Free refills on coffee while you are in the cafe was a pleasant surprise when we went up to get another cup and was planning to pay for it. Nice atmosphere and the help was very pleasant and friendly. A nice addition to the town and love that is it locally owned!

Excellent overall. Friendly, eager staff that want to please. Consistent, fresh, very high quality and somewhat creative food (certainly vs the repetitive chain fare). Very clean prep area. The owners try hard and it shows. It has even become a bit of a destination.

Favorite cafe in town! The place is decorated very well, and its family run which always makes me happy to support. Great sandwiches and breakfast options. Love stopping here after Mass on Sundays.

The staff is the friendliest around, Great Food, might have to wait little if busy ( because everything is made to order ) most of the time the wait in minimal ... always worth it!!! : )

Cute place. Great coffee and lots of baked goods to choose from. Breakfast and lunch offerings are also plenty good. Strongly recommend the shawarma.
