Got a meatball and ricotta panini - which was a) a pressed sub roll, b) no actual ricotta (("its baked in the meatball" they said)) and c) was actually still frozen in the center of the meatball. Super gross! Iced coffee had ten tons of sugar in it as well. Generally a poor experience.
