I come in this store ALL the time and LOVE the service. However, as I come in today, theres a Hispanic girl named Sandra. I watched her treat the Asian couple with respect then watched her treat two white boys like garbage. They asked for sweet and sour sauce for their French fries. Very ignorantly she says to them, why? You didnt order chicken fries or nuggets. They said, because we like it on our French fries. Havent you ever tried it? Its really good. So, now she realized I was watching her, she comes up with a LAME excuse for her RACISM towards white ppl, that her mgr has been giving her a hard time for giving out too many sauces to ppl. It was so obvious she was LYING!!!! But, she gives it to them anyway. Now its my turn to order. And Yes , Im a proud white woman. So, doesnt the Hispanic employee then turn her RACIST attitude towards me? YUP, you best believe she did. She thought she was going to be a RACIST to me and YES, I put her RACIST butt in check. I asked for a mgr, and apparently there is no mgr on duty. She allegedly is on vacation. Yet one MORE LIE from that RACIST mouth of hers. She is a cocky, fresh mouth RACIST. After I informed her I was filing a case with Burger King for her RACISM, another employee came over and helped me. He too is Hispanic, but, I know him from coming in here often and hes ALWAYS SUPER, SUPER NICE! Its really sad and pathetic that Burger King hires RACIST ppl to work in their stores. Im STILL going to get in touch with the mgr here and let them know what happened. But, I just wanted to make sure the BK headquarters is aware that the Salem, NH store has a VERY IGNORANT RACIST against white ppl Hispanic employee working the counter and drive thru.

This is perhaps the worst Burger King Ive ever visited; we went there yesterday 2-2-2014. All tables were dirty, the whole floor was sticky. The service was awful, I went 3 times to get napkins because they only gave me 3 napkins and we are a family of 4. The manager and the employees looked like they didnt want to work, they were very rude to my wife when she was ordering. We will never return to that particular fast food restaurant. When we were finally eating, one of the employee swept the floor under our table without even asking. Its a shame I am not able to rate this restaurant 1/2 star.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and when I started driving away I noticed that we were given the wrong order. I went inside to get the right order and waited another 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Worst experience ever. When I say worst experience, I mean the worst and Im talking about a fast food joint here so the expectation wasnt high at all.

It was absolutely the worst experience I have had. I was only one I the place noon in drive through place was a mess tool almost 20 min to get my food. Everyone there working was yelling in Spanish and I was not a priority at all. They more interested in themselves then working. Rec you go to Wendys or McDs really thinking to call corporate and tell them

Can you give a place negative stars? How can you eat drink swear and txt in your kitchen and in front of your customers. It drives me crazy to see 5 people standing around doing nothing when the tables are dirty and there is straw wrappers all over the floor. And on top of all that they screwed up my order!

Most difficult Burger King to enter. The entrance is in ine of the stupidest places on the building. Then, once you finally get in, the whole set up is backwards. And lastly, the staff cant even get an order correct.
