Be very careful doing take-out orders guys, especially to save yourself the embarrassment if ordering for large groups. I ordered bagels and cream cheese this morning for my office team breakfast (it was my turn). Thanks to the Panera Bread branch in Natick, MA, they *forgot* to add 2 tubs of cream cheese so my team had to eat dry bagels. Well, I called them up to request someone to deliver it (my office is just 2 miles away) but they wouldnt honor the request. Whats funny is when I cautioned other colleagues against Panera, we heard another story where we ordered 18 bagels and got only 12. Applause to the customer service and hospitality, Panera. A little compassion with delivery of missing items could have saved me from embarrassment, not the $3 or something refund.

This is a great study spot. They offer free internet and nice booths. It stays open late which is unusual for the area and has nice booths. It is also never too crowded. I have to say the food isnt super great but it does the job. I have avoided the pastries since I saw some bugs on them and have heard their soup isnt fresh but go for nice sandwich or salad occasionally. They have free refills for coffee and honestly when studying, that is all I am looking for.

If you decide to eat after 7 i would recommend choosing another location that will still have bread , even though its a bread store they seem to be sold out every time i go, maybe i need a different schedule or maybe they should make a few extra loaves of bread

Both my wife and I are fans of Panera, but this location seems to be not as good as others. One thing that stood out was how much smaller the amount of meat they put in salads are compared to all other locations.

Read about a terrible incident where they gave peanut butter to a girl who had a nut allergy even though Dad had informed them. The girl had to be airlifted to hospital.

If I pay a dollar more for a sandwich than at Dunkin Donuts, I expect a better sandwich. Not the case here. Disappointed in the food, but the service was fast.
