This place is OVERRATED, not just Medford location, but the Cold Stone Creamery itself. All they do is mix some ingredients you want with any ice cream you like and give it to you in small, medium or large cup/waffle cup AND they charge hefty $$$. But I already knew this, so I took a buy one get one free coupon with me. And I bought two cups, and at checkout when I gave the coupon, the lady made so weird face as if I had asked her to pay. Eventually she asked someone else and accepted my BOGO offer coupon. While I was enjoying my ice cream, I saw another lady was cleaning the see-through glass above the ice cream containers with paper towel. In doing so, part of paper towel tore apart and fell in one of the ice cream container. She removed the fallen paper from ice cream container (as if she thought no one was watching it). I suspect, if any cleaning agent was used with paper towel that was used for cleaning. I am not going back unless I have another BOGO coupon, even if I go with BOGO, I am not going to this place. I hope they read this comment and maintain the quality of their ice-creams/cleaning.

My past experiences at this location have been nothing but good until the past 2 times I have had the same employee serve me. A blonde girl with glasses has helped me and has ruined my experience here, I waited in the front for at least 5 minutes and when I went to see if someone was there I saw her on her phone and after she heard me and came out she was extremely rude. I asked for a love it coffee lovers only in a waffle and I asked if she could just add a little more Ice cream and said I was willing to pay extra and she said this is how much is in a love it and gave me the waffle as is. Once at the register I asked if I could use a certain ccoupon and she looked at it and told me Ishould read it next time. I am a regular custom there and have dealt with probably all the employees there and have never had a bad experience there before this but because of this employee I will never go to the Coldstone in Medford again.

I really enjoy Cold Stone ice cream, however the staff really needs to practice there creations/portions. If you are going to advertise a full cup of ice cream, then I expect to get just that. Not only do you rarely get a nice size dome, sometimes its under filled which is not what I thought Id be paying for.

This cold stone creamers is always SOOO slow and lacks workers EVERY TIME we go there.... This past time we went the worker was nice but they didnt even mix the ice cream and by the time he finished the order and we paid our ice cream was basically melted. Very disappointed

The Ice cream is great...but they need to fire there staff...rude obnoxious dont care about other peoples feelings...talking about me with other staff infront of my face....when I told the manger he acted like he was going to do something about it shes still wrking there

Not happy. Its Saturday @ 10:50PM, website above says the store hours are Noon-11PM. Sign on the door stated that it closed at 10:30PM on Saturday. I was there at 10:20 PM and they were already closed. Not a good sign if they cant even tell time.

I love this place but just right now I was there for 15 minutes waiting for service from a blonde chick with glasses. I felt completely ignored. I kept shouting hello hello but nothing . As well as other workers have been rude in the past.

Love the ice cream, but the amount of ice cream you get depends on the person whos serving you. I dont always get what I paid for :( and sometimes the workers there are rude.
