We have enjoyed the 99s since the chain first opened many years ago. Unfortunately, courteous service is occasionally spotty...but once you get to know the staff, youll be treated with recognition and respect. Try the double broiled turkey tips or the pecan crusted chicken with peach sauce and asparagus. The 99s is often experiments with Tangy sauces and cutting-edge recipes. In other respects, the atmosphere is similar to Applebees or Ruby Tuesdays. Dont forget that kids eat free if the Red Sox won on the previous day.

Nice local establishment. Good food and drink options. Minor issues with the waitstaff or better yet the lack of organized help that our waitress had to deal with. She was practically busing the whole restaurant with little to no help or input which led to her forgetting my drink order while we were dining. Thankfully she did make up for it by providing a side of clam chowder for free. I would visit again when I return but hope that they are better staffed and more organized.

Good food. Hot and delicious. Pepsi tasted weird but we dont drink that very often so subbed for an IBC which was great, as was the Ginger Beer I had.... HOWEVER... Pam was our server at the start, soon replaced by Nikki. Pam continued to wait on new tables in the same section that came in on all sides of us. Pam is most likely not willing to serve the gays at table 2. To bad for Pam, we over tip... Every time.

I came with some team members . Its chain restaurant. I was not expecting this level of good food. But for vegetarian not much options only 3. And I tried and its ok. Burger is not that great .For meat lovers is good. Lot.of options . Service here is slow. And take time when you come because here mostly waiting. Cleaning and lighting and space is ok. For team lunch or Friday hangout its ok.

Had lunch their yesterday steak tips where awful the meat is a cheap cut the cheddar broccoli soup was good and the salmon plate looked delicious and my Guest said it was. I asked the waitress what cut of steak it was she didnt know but said it was very tender. Ive only had good luck with the soups and the fish an chips small but decent.

The bar tender lauren was very gracious and smiled alot, doesnt hurt that shes very beautiful also. Seemed there was a rift with the wait staff. No meat on the grande nachos. And took away the spinach and artichoke dip for some buffalo dip. Overall a good time.

Our appetizer of wings & potato skins were just warm not hot and I ordered my burger well done it was medium rare. Our waiter was very good and he didnt charge for the burger. Sending it back was an option but when they recook it I feel the taste less.

Marginal at best - Seafood chowder all potatoes no seafood, iceberg weg - good - Haddock flavorless and asparagus had stiff stems, coffee was burnt clearly left in the pot from lunch - not again

The ribs were charred and super fatty, and the chicken tenders were so skinny that there seemed to be more batter than chicken. Service was really good though.
