Always enjoyed the food here for decades. Prices are starting to get a bit out of control. Service and policies need to be reviewed. We dined here with a party of 9 recently and arrived at 3:30 to enjoy the early bird special pricing. We sat and had drinks waiting on one couple stuck in traffic. They arrived at 3:50. We ordered immediately and the waitress took the orders at the special prices and restrictions, such as no baked potato, only fries, etc. The food was fine but when the checks arrived we were billed the full dinner prices. The waitress claims the "computer" changed the prices since she placed the orders in the kitchen at 4:01. She never told us this, didnt offer to change the fries to baked potato, just let it all slip. The head waitress offered nothing to resolve and said the manager was "too busy" to speak to us. Arrogance? We have little interest in returning any time soon.

First time visiting. It was super busy when we arrived around 7pm on a Saturday night. Was seated quickly. Waitress could have been better. She acted like this wasnt our first time there. she told us the specials but not how much they cost. Food was hot and good. Meals come with a potato and veggie side. Kids meals are $4 and come with drink and a scoop of ice cream. My 2 year old loved the dessert cart they wheel around. Pies are made in house daily. We got a brownie sundae to share. It was huge! Had to beg the waitress for water refill and she couldnt answer my questions about what the dessert drink was. Felt like she checked out before the end of our meal but I would go back since the other waitresses seemed good. One big downside is no baby changing table in the bathroom.

We found this place just passing through the town. I had chicken parm and my boyfriend had the lemon chicken pasta dish. It was the middle of the day on a Friday and we got right in. The food was absolutely wonderful and so was the service, our waitress was so sweet. She told us nothing there was ever frozen and all the deserts were homemade. We didnt have enough room for desert but I wish we had! The prices were fair for the quality and portions. Should we ever find ourselves in this area again we will definitely come back!

Ive been here quite a few times over the years and never had a bad meal. Im a picky eater and have worked in kitchens and think this place is great. The food is fresh and portion sizes are proper. The last couple times I went, the servers werent that great. One kept asking "what was that?" after eaxh part of our order. A better waitress wpuld have just repeated back what the guest said to confirm. And this past time our server had some broken English. But they are courteous and quick. Definitely be a repeat customer.

Good Thymes Family Restaurant has been in Lowell for a good deal of time. The food especially the seafood is fantastic. I had the fish chowder and it’s the best I have ever had. My wife had the swordfish and it was cooked perfectly. Recently the owner has increased his setting to accommodate more guests in a updated dining area that looks great. Prices are on the low side for the level of quality served. Sometimes it gets crowded early but the wait isnt long. What a great find in the Lowell area. We will be back!

Ive been eating here since they opened always loved it, prices were gd & portions were always good size. Now the prices have gone way up & portions way down . I paid $22.99 for baked scallop & haddock rice & carrots. Meal came 4 scallops that had sand in them & a peace of haddock that was smaller then the palm of my hand . I was so disappointed & my family all use to love going here but we are all so disappointed in the prices & portions. I think we will not return Im sorry to say..

First time visit this weekend. Pleasantly surprised. Its a nice, family owned place with a good selection in the menu. We were served sliced bread vs. rolls to start and the food was out very quickly. The staff was really nice. Wasnt used to their high level of service in todays self serve world. The desert cart was awesome. Everything displayed at once along with the appropriate after diner drinks. Wish I had saved some room for a desert, they looked so good.

Excellent food and service. My wife and I had fresh baked bread, a few suds, the chicken with baked Ziti, shepherds pie and an ice cream brownie dessert. Our only regret was our over eating and having a John Hurt in Aliens moment after we were done. We ate to much. The quality of food makes chain restaurants look like frozen Swanson TV dinners. I dont know why this hidden gem doesnt have more reviews. They deserve it.

It was my first time here, and Ive lived here two years , what a gem. Had the Southern Fried Chicken Breast, absolutely wonderful. Moist inside , crisp exterior. Real masked potatoes, and the dessert cart is just going around with even more mouth watering treats . Awesome service, great friendly staff, wnderful hostess. On the top of my list of where to take my guest when they come to town .

The food is great and the staff are all great. I think the place itself, environmentally, stylishly lends itself more towards looking like a dinner. People do not expect to pay higher prices in such a casual place. That is just my opinion and I could be totally wrong. I have heard so many with the same complaint. Everyone I have heard or talked to agrees that you are a bit over-priced.

consistently fantastic food, service that cant be beat, I think this is the best restaurant in the city of Lowell, also they have plenty of diet pepsi on hand to quench my thirst! Recently the restaurant has gotten much bigger, I know I used to dread long wait times on peak saturday evenings, but now wait times are minimal, and the new side of the restaurant is stunning.

It was our first time visiting. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and was pleasantly surprised by the intimate decor that was warm and inviting. Kids meals were a steal at 3.95 including drink and dessert! Everything had a homemade touch and tasted fresh and delicious! Will definitely return!

I have been to the Cobblestones a few times throughout the years and every time it is a wonderful experience. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is laid back. My server, Holly, was such a delight. The manager even came over to converse with me and my date.

I loved the quirky menu and had a hard time choosing (I wanted everything!). Most in the party ordered the batchelors wrap (or similar nam) and they all liked it. I cant remember what I ordered but it was delicious.
