The staff and service was very good, for they gave full, roundtable service without hesitation. The waiters were very friendly and surprisingly spoke perfect English, which was definitely a big plus because you could tell them what food you wanted, and they could understand you and bring you your food. The food was excellent. By far the best Mexican food I have ever had in my entire life. It was euphoric, for every bite I took felt like stepping onto a beautiful beach with a beautiful girl, looking at the sunset of orange and a small periwinkle hue. I will never forget this experience; the birds singing their songs of passion in the background, the waves slowly building up and then crashing softly onto the beach. It was like a dream to me, a dream that is so vivid yet so imganiary because it fades from your memory shortly after you see it. I wish everyday to experience the food of Acapulco once again, and to feel this feeling forever. May anyone who visits this restaurant be eternally blessed with vitality and hopefully see just how profound the experience really is. This.... is the true meaning of life my friends.

I love Acapulcos in Beverly. I go at least once a week. Never a bad meal or service. My wife and I were stuck in traffic and hopped off the highway for food and found Aculpolcos! 1st had to seat my self.. the place was dead too. (Wonder why..) 2nd 15 min later a waiter comes up and said did some one seat you here? Explained I had to be seated by someone.. the invisible host I guess... 3rd The chips were old as my grandmother.. (beverly they are hot and fresh every time. Im talking over 100 visits) And the fajitas were gross. Minty thyme chickenn..? Veggies werent cooked on the skillet.. Would give a -2 ☆ if I could.

This restaurant is excellent. Everything about it is amazing. It has a lively atmosphere with three main seating rooms (2 of them are small but quiet, the other one is large and has a bar with a lot of tvs). At first when we saw how cheap it was, we didnt think it would be very high quality food. We were mistaken. The food is excellent, I love the bean and cheese burrito, and the chips and salsa are a fun and tasty substitute over bread and butter. The service is EXTREMELY FAST and the waiters/waitresses were pretty nice. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone around.

Beans straight out of a can, rice straight out of a box mix, spinach enchilada filling straight out of frozen spinach box and into the microwave, beef taco fine but $12 for that? God. Awful. We went to this place out of desperation to seat a large group...the fact that they could seat 9 of us on short notice on Saturday night should, in hindsight, have been a warning about how bad the food would be. Microwave yourself some tortilla chips, beans out of a can and some mexican cheese on top and youll probably get a better meal.

I went to the one in norwood , I had a bad experience my boyfriend didnt like the food and when we asked for the check , our waitress was like oh next time dont order that or do not go out if u wont eat the food I was like what the hell, she is not there to tell people what to do i still left her a good tip but the point is they should serve the food with their mouth shut and seriously Im not going back. and when people ask me about that restaurant I will tell them how sucks they are.

When I drive by this place it always looks packed so thought I would try it out. Lively atmosphere appropriate for my family when we went on a Sunday night. Great chips and salsa, very good Margarita, good friendly service. Opinions on the food ranged from good (burrito), OK (salad, chicken en mole), to great (steak and shrimp). Will definitely return when we have a craving for Mexican food again.

The food choices and quality are excellent. Prices are reasonable. It was a pleasant surprise when this place opened up and its now one of our staple venues to go with the kids. There are a couple wait staff that are a bit sub par with regards to checking in on you, but most are fine and all are very friendly.

The salsa was amazing and chips just as good. Our main course however, was satisfactory at best. Meal came out in 5 minutes and my veggie burrito had some fresh veggies and some freezer veggies and too much salsa. My girlfriend had a chicken chimichanga that was so so.

Good Mexican restaurant well worth the price. Visit nearly every time Im in the area. Would recommend the arroz con pollo as it is a good dish worth the price. Service can be the only drawback of this establishment.

How is this place still in business? The building is in disrepair and the food appears to all be straight out of the microwave. The bar is good, but thats about it.

Taco salad was aweful, childrens food was poor quality as well. Ordered fried ice cream and they came out with regular ice cream. Service was overall terrible.
