I was lured in by some of the foods on Phantom Gourmet (PG), only to find most werent even on the menu at the time I went. We received a very limited menu that didnt even include the waffle/pastrami sandwich featured on PG. Im not sure if my review should reflect negatively on PG or Fuse Bistro. Either way, they probably should ask to have that review taken down and take the plaque off their wall, if theyre not going to serve the foods featured in the video. Overall, the food I did order was okay and staff were polite, but if youre on YouTube, and expecting a pastrami/waffle sandwich with apple-slaw, etc., maybe you should phone ahead to see if/when theyre serving it.

The only thing outstanding about the Bistro is the staff.. I started with the clove Whiskey Fashion it was overly infused with clove favor. The Korean Chicken tenders were nothing more than over fried chicken in dirty grease with American BBQ sauce brushed on it , slaw was thickly sliced but packed full of flavor however I should have to cut it up to eat it.... Biggest disappointment was the Salted Toffee Cookie I have waited a year to try it and I ordered it to take home .. Really everything was placed in 2oz container which by the time you removed the ingredients you were left with one bite!!! So disappointed

We got dissed... When we arrived, there were no open tables, or seats at the bar. There were two of us and we said we would wait for either, whatever opened up first. A ten minutes later another couple came in, and after having the same conversation, the hostess said they could order drinks at the bar while they wait. As she was walking them to the bar, a table opened, and the hostess walked them past us, and sat them at the newly opened table... nice service. The one remaining open table was "too wobbly to use"... so how about getting rid of it?

A great find in downtown Lowell. The food is locally sourced and the chef seems to have just the right touch - try the Wild Maine Mussels with Frites and you will know exactly what I mean. The owners did a good job capturing a relaxed bistro atmosphere with exposed brick and high ceilings in the bar and dining areas. I thought the wine list had quite a few very good selections and everything was reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive. All in all it seemed that they just wanted you to have an enjoyable meal and that I did.

If youre a lesbian, this place is for you!! The ambiance just screams "wear your long shorts" and youll be guaranteed to run into you ex, you know the one you picked out china with on a second date... The food is overpriced, but you dont care because youre only trying to impress the cute lil tart with daddy issues you met on craigslist and even tho youve only known each other for 2 hrs, youre already picking out dog names together for your Chihuahua collection. Enjoy the dyk...er...delicious whatever it is they serve here.

We arrived for an early dinner. Bistro atmoshere, noisy. So dark you couldnt read the menues which had small light print. Salads were fair. Great descriptions of entrees which were just so so. Appetizer serving size was rediculos. Zippy chicken was in a bucket. Wings were on top fries. 4 chicken parts on top of large amount of fries. Very deceptive. Dessert: menu was on wall. Again great descriptions. This time accurate. Employees friendly and unhurried. Glad we tried this place but we wont came back

The best part of the restaurant is the decor. The food was not good. Ordered a special of stuffed sole that was accompanied by lobster ravioli. It was just awful. Extremely salty, cold, and soggy. The other in my party ordered steak and frites..said it was just OK..the poor guy beside me ordered the chicken stroganoff and looked very disappointed; seriously looked like a chicken leg quarter instead of the breast. And not cheap for what they present btw. Wont be going back.

Horrible service. The women would not take my order and kept bringing the people from behind me to get their order. I was getting tajeout abd was told the wait was 25 minutes, the party behind me was told 5. They had no reservation or any reason to be seated before me.

This is one of my go-to spots in downtown Lowell. Great food and fun staff. Located in an old firehouse the space is open and inviting. Great music most Thursdays and when the weather is nice you cant beat the outdoor seating for drinks and people watching day or night.

Try cleaning.for a new place its filthy already. Got a burger, overcooked, asked for sauce on the side, not. it compares to a plain hamburger at mc donalds, i can put chips on the burger myself, put them on the side on the plate in place of the burnt fries.

To put it simply, we had to return the steak four times because it wasnt cooked how I ordered it. On top of that the waitress each time argued with us saying this is how its clocked in which she was wrong or maybe she was new to the restaurant.

Ordered the steak and fries with the pizza as an appetizer. The fries came with this awesome Chipotle ketchup that was absolutely perfect. The steak was cooked perfectly, the pizza was awesome, the entire experience was over all really awesome.

Atmosphere was pretty cool. My lamb burger was too dry for me. Fries were crispy and delicious. The portions are decently sized. Prices on the higher side.

Good place, we tried lunch. Salads were kind of plain but the sandwiches and soup were good. Highlight was the flat bread margarita style pizza.
