Awful customer service and prices. Ordered a Fathers Day cake. Ordered a small, said oh sorry we had too many orders, couldnt make any small cakes. Ordered it online, no phone call, paid for it. Said I would have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. Then stated, "Your welcome to pick something from the freezer." Not only were they rude, they were callous and overworked by the nasty owner. I will never go there again. DQ, Meolas, Kimball Farms, Sterling, even a Carvel from Hanniford would be better. So many less expensive alternatives where youll be treated with respect. Avoid Cold Stone unless you like being treated like the dirty, sticky floor of this establishment.

I found this place very commercial. Just a more expensive version of DQ, but not necessarily better. Customer service was terrible and my ice cream was literally melting out of its cup causing a mess, and incredibly overpriced. Avoid this place like the plague. Youre better off going to Meolas in Sterling and getting better quality service, and twice the amount of ice cream for half the price. It was my first time there and never going back again.
