Last night my husband and I waited in line for over 8 minutes. When I was finally next in line, a third worker in a blue shirt came out to the serving line and sneezed. He took a paper towel and in the most disgusting way wiped away the sneeze from his face. And rather than doing things PROPERLY, he then turned around and went to continue scooping ice cream as to fill the bucket. Both me and the lady in front of me said lousy "thats gross can you wash your hands?!" She walked out, and I seriously considered it. That was my 3rd and FINAL time going to cold stone. It was unprofessional and SO unsanitary. All happened right in the serving area, in front of all the customers. The staff was rude as well, but I didnt care too much about that. I care that I likely ate germ infested ice cream that I paid way too much money for.

The food is what it is, great ice cream. I only gave a "good" rating here because their smoothies leave much to be desired, leaving several of them half-blended or too thick to suck up with a straw (meaning I need a spoon, which means its ice cream and not a smoothie.) The fruit smoothies are a great treat, but there are few combinations. The prices are too high on the smoothies though.

I asked for the warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. The cookies were cold. So I went and told them, they gave me two more cookies and said it was warm. They were still cold stone cold. I did not want to stand in line for 10 mins again to complain a third time. So I left. I dont understand if its the cookies and ice cream itself that sucks or the staff suck.

Although I try to avoid chain restaurants in favor of local places, I make an exception for Cold Stone, which offers some of the best tasting ice cream Ive ever tried and just about any topping you can think of. Their sweat cream flavor is amazing.

Excellent service and ice cream. After a frustrating trip to Orange Leaf (it was closed) I was glad to find that Cold Stone was open and I got my ice cream. It was delicious! God bless Cold Stone!!

Love their icecream & cakes!! Employee are super friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Restroom and inside to outside tables & chairs. Bottle of drinking soda to water.
