I came here yesterday after hearing how great the food, coffee, and service was. I have to say, though, after hearing these wonderful things I am extremely disappointing about the service. The young woman at the counter was extremely unfriendly and rude, and made multiple remarks about my order. I responded by ignoring her unprofessional comments, and waited for my sandwich and coffee. My coffee was horrible and had way too much milk in it when I ordered cream, but my sandwich was pretty good. The person who handed me my sandwich was MUCH more professional and pleasant than the woman at the counter. Overall, I am not sure Id come back.

Ive been going to this little coffee bean since I was in high school. I love this place. Friendly workers there to customize your favorite flavored coffee with a bagel or a sandwich. everything is sooo fresh! Jenn is the owner and has really made this place very welcoming and enjoyable. When i come back to whitinsville for a visit, I always make the bean one of my stops to get my coffee. :) There is a drive thru too which is great, But i find is faster to just walk in and get my coffee and bagel :)

I just started coming here a few months ago and Im now officially addicted. Fresh sandwiches, excellent coffee, amazing bagels, and fast and friendly service. We just moved to the area last year and Im so happy that I found this place! I just wish I had heard about it sooner! Ill be coming as often as possible from now on!

Their coffee is still great! My favorite is still Cinnamon sticky buns. They have improved their food selections. The only thing that I dont like is that they close around 1pm or 3pm on some days, Id love if they were open late everyday

Hang your head in shame if you go to dunkin donuts instead of this place for your sandwiches and coffee. A+ service, value, and freshness. Awesome food for a great price, made to order. They even have a drive through!

Man do I wish this place had a drive through. This place packs in, and rightfully so because theyre awesome. I just dont have the time to go in and get my coffee and food most of the time
