The woman taking the orders needs to learn how to communicate with people. She was unpleasant and rude. Her English seemed very weak to me (although Im not a native speaker either). I had trouble ordering "Fried rice with chicken" because she could not understand it and only understood when I said "chicken fried rice" (the way it is written in their "menu"), so it took us a couple of minutes to be understood and place an order. And what was even more unpleasant is that the woman was behaving as if my English was the problem, not hers. In the end she said something like "why didnt you say "chicken fried rice" in the beginning?". Damn, because its not a proper English sentence! - I thought. I didnt like my meal, it was too dry. My wife ordered Pad Thai and said it was satisfactory (although not good).

I called in an order and the woman that picked up the phone qas very rude. As I explained to her what I wanted she said how come I dont have a menu to know the combination number and then she hung up on me. I called back and she said whats wrong with me Im all set and before I could respond, she hung up on me again. I am turned off by this and Ill never order from them and I would suggest that all of do the same.

Not bad! I like the food, and I dont mind that the venerable lady who takes orders is abrupt. Its a hole-in-the-wall place with a few benches, doing almost entirely take-out service on a grubby urban street, and they keep their prices low; I dont expect oozingly polite customer service. I havent been that adventurous about trying different dishes, but Ive never had anything bad.

The lady that answered the phone is very rude. I tried to place an order and she tells hangs up on me. I call back and she picks up to tell me I owe her money from a previous order lol I dont understand Ive never ordered food and not paid. Im soo DISAPPOINTED Ill never eat there again. I wouldnt recommend to anyone I know. She just put a bad taste in my mouth.

Online it states that this place closes at 1:00. Called 15 minutes before we got there to pick up and the woman literally called us back five times yelling and complaining. Got there and she spat on our bag of food. Needless to say we will not be going back again. Rude, ignorant and can barely speak or understand English. Not a very god business.

Delivery driver will come to your home and scream at you, cursing, physically assaulting, and drop your food on the porch- after he gets his tip! Woman who takes order over phone is deranged. Food was good but the delivery system is profoundly confusing. I almost want to get the police involved Very shaken up even thinking about this place.

I use to order when they were under different owners. The food was delicious. The first time I tried under the new owners I didnt like it at all. A few months later I decided. To try it again and the food was wonderful. The place is a little shabby but I concentrate on the food.

Definitely best for pickup. The food is great, and I dont mind that the woman who takes orders is abrupt. Id say know what you want before you order, and youll be very happy with everything. If your goal is to get good Chinese food, disregard the low rating.

Consistently average Americanized Chinese food (which is better than a lot of places where quality or style may vary). The egg rolls and house fried rice are a favorite. The fried rice is dark brown and sometimes crispy with tons of meat and veggies.

The food is great but this woman is sooo nasty that words cant describe. I had to ask myself, Is it even worth it... And Im, now WAS a faithful customer. The way she disrespects people, She could be doing anything to our food. Shes disgusting!!!!
