The only way to describe this place is horrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich med onion ring and a med hi-c. Easy. First lets start by saying i shouldnt be sitting at a drive thru window for 15 minutes unless its lunch rush. Even then your pushing it. Then while im waiting, the manager has her shoes half way off exposing her bare feet. Gross. Then another worker filling the ice machine was in shorts and flip flops. Now that im officially aggrevated i look thru the window to where the sandwiches are made and low and behold a young girl who is suppose to making sandwiches is texting on her cellphone with her gloves on. She then puts her phone in her back pocket and goes to make a sandwich. I grab the manager tell her about the phone and she says she is sorry but they are very busy. No your not busy your workers are to busy being on their phones texting then putting their nasty little hands on my food. Please skip this restaurant. Id rather starve.

This place was awful. Attempted to grab a quick meal thinking the drive through would be faster and was stuck in line for 15 minutes. 7 out of the fifteen I was waiting for the young lady that was supposed to be making my sandwich but was texting on her cell phone. You can clearly see her texting then start my order then stop working and go back to texting while my food was waiting on the table and me waiting at the window. Also she moved seamlessly from my food to her phone without removing her gloves. After leaving I did not even eat the sandwich with a clear understanding of what bacteria and pathogens reside on a cell phone. I only order three items and spent 5 minutes per item willing at the drive through window alone. Not to include the time I spent waiting to order and in line before the window... Will never go back there and would encourage others not to as well... Im only putting one star because I am forced to...

Well what more can I say other than this place is terrible. Constant language barrier preventing orders from being taken correctly or at all any kind of explanation. I usually order a coffee caramel frappe only to be corrected and told "we dont have mocha" when thats not even what I asked for. Its frustrating even walking through the door and seeing the same person that barely speaks English at the register with one other person in the grill area who doesnt speak English at all. Management needs to step in and do something about their morning crew.

Before you go to this place I want you to think about how awkward it will be to have a doctor videotaping himself pulling your intestines out so that he can put it back in the way it was after he removes the intestinal cancer! This place and all these chain fast food places serve nothing but CANCER people!

Difficult for order taker to understand what we wanted, constant yelling in the backline, and the TV was blasting a commercial about skin the whole meal. Im not one for making ratings, but this needed to be said.
