I love Pizza Hut and.i Hype it to be the Best Pizza Ever!!Ialways go to the REVERE one..But today because traffic was backed up i decided to Shortcut it and.try EVERETT!! NEVER EVER AGAIN...Honestly i was so disappointed ..the Boxwas.Drenched with Oil!!!very greasy..Very moist and Damp pizza because of.the Oil...the Cheese..idk where they runnin low on it today!!? haha pepperoni was.alot wich i dint mind.but damn no cheese haha the worst is that o hyped this pizza up for my girlfriend and.her Cousins...and even they dint like it..we wpuld have been better.gettin pizzafrom a.local pizza shop..i mean pizza ispizza but this is PIZZA HUT yall are giants for very good pizza and.this location really Sucked and.ive heard friends and.family twll me this location sucks but i love.pizza hut so much i neglected the Rumors...Never will that mistake happen and NEVER WILL I GO BACK HERE..IDRATHER DRIVE.THE EXTRA MILES to my NEW REVERE LOCATION wich aRE AWESOME and.always friendly...

Horrible Delivery !!!! I ordered a delivery at 7:15 at 8:15 i call they say o its on its way OKAY 9:00 i call again O im soo sorry we are soo busy (Okay i understand but its almost 2 hours since i ordered ) the delivery is on its way 5 minutes (ok) 9:30 i call to cancell nooo answer. Like really i live five minutes away and its gonna take u and hour to get here. disapointed how they have to lie soo much ! So im still here waiting to see if the delivery person shows up so i could send the food back and not pay a pennie . Worst service Ever ! sad because their pasta is awsome

Ordered online and after the 50 minutes of wait time that the website said we will wait and waiting an additional 30 minutes after it said the pizza was on its way we called the store and the food had not even left the store yet. The person we spoke to couldnt tell us an estimated time of arrival either. So we cancelled our order. First and last time we try getting food from Pizza Hut. Why do we need to wait 1:20 minutes for food and additional who knows how long. Sucks!

Never respond to complaints. There complaint line doesnt work. Have a robot that checks on existing orders. I shouldnt have to call for 45 minutes and not even get an answer. Oh also they dont put your order on the receipt so you dont know what you pruchased, thus when the order is wrong customers are "wrong" because Pizza hut has the freaking order history. Sad cause I love Pizza hut but this location has ruined it. How do you manage to ruin every order of mine??

Delivery was denied when there was a slight back-up with deliveries to be, well, delivered. I told them that I didnt care and I would wait an extra hour or two, but they still denied it. Seeing as I dont have a car and dont have that option of just picking it up, I obviously took my business somewhere else. It wouldve been a higher rating if it werent for that. Not the smartest thing to do. You dont turn away people when theres a long line at the store itself.

I order a pizza and chicken wing, the chicken wing were never deliver and then the delivery lady went back and get it them she bring me the wrong chicken wings when I call to make a complaint they told me that I have a credit for next time I call and place a order and when I place the order now they saying the credit expired I never know "credits expired" Bad Costumer service they dont know the client always right they really suck

It was great at first. The delivery was fine. The food looked good. And it tasted great. Until I found a hair in the cinnamon stick thingys. It ruined the whole meal for us. We dont plan on ordering from pizza hut any time again. We threw out the rest of our food. Hopefully what we ate had no hair in it either.

Cant call in to cancel order that will take 2hr, once you place an order that it, no going back even if u not going to be home or dont want it anymore, seam like an order scam that pizza hut is running. that allow you to place order.

I live 12 minutes away from the store and they say that they dont deliver!!!!!!!. I think the only problem with Pizza Hut is the service. If they fixed it, Im sure most of these bad reviews would turn to be great ones.
