I order from them for about a year. Subs I would rate OK, pizza so so OK, chicken (both sides and toppings) - not a fan. They charge price of whole pizza topping even if its half or quarter w/o explaining which I feel is bit unfair. Once I realized and pointed to them, they said thats how they charge. My last Italian sub order had spoiled salami. It tasted funny but I was hungry and ate most before I realized. Since I ate most, it was not reasonable to ask for refund, still I decided to call them just to let them know. Even I said at front I dont ask or expect anything (hence why I would have a reason to lie), manager told me it would not be possible for them to send spoiled meat. Really? I just ate it, not overly sick (yet?), I do feel strange unpleasant taste in my mouth, my belly feels strange.

The pizza here rocks. but it depends on the day. Im not that picky, just like to swap out proscuitto for chicken on the little italy. I love salumi, but im trying to be a little more lean if you know what I mean! lol. that rhymed...anyhow, when done right this pizza it the best around. Great quality ingredients, perfectly distributed toppings, and the homemade sauce brings it all together. however, occasionally i have got this pizza as a small, and kinda slapped together. which saddens me intially, but when I call to inform the folks at pizza pantry kitchen, they always correct it and send me a new one. Very nice people making very yummy food. EAT HERE! oh yeah how could I forget. the homemade meatballs.....the bomb,com.EAT HERE!

Is it a calzone? Is it a cheesy bread? Because it sure wasnt a margherita pizza (see photo). Oh, I mean they had a couple of leaves of basil hidden somewhere in the bread. And they did include sauce, cold and on the side. Within about 10 minutes the whole thing became really floppy. Their online ordering feels like it was made last decade - put some effort into a responsive website - the world uses things called smartphones these days. And if youre going to have coupons on your menu for use with online ordering, you should have a coupon code. The whole experience was terrible. I may be an outlier, given all the other reviews, but I hated this pizza.

If you are hungry and lazy to get out(like me) and want food as fast as possible and possibly looking for wide range of selections.. then you came to the right place. I ordered couple of times and they delivered my food within 30 min. Thats impressive. May be Im staying right beside them. :p (Im staying at Doubletree Bayside) Well they have a website for online ordering, but if you try to order from online, the website will not allow you to enter your physical address. So better call them and dont waste your useless time (and waste it more :p )on this website. Overall Just go for it.. youll not get disappointed

God I love this place when I need to indulge in some delicious, greasy grub. I will take pilgrimmages here when I get a hankering for their food. They must have over two dozen varities of loaded potato skins - I go for the cheesy, bacon, jalapeno variety. My favorote thing to order is the Rauls Mess (Roasted Pork, Sweet Potato Fries, Red Onion, Jalapeno, and Lime Mayo) which I am salivating just thinking about it. The people who work here are just SO boston, surprised they havent been on some reality show yet. Sneak in some of their food into the Banshee if you dare.

Really disappointed. I ordered the "Blah blah pizza" which contains chicken. The chicken was dry just like the whole pizza. I think that it was a pizza made early in the day that they rewarmed and sell me. I got extremely disappointed and I could not even finish the rest of the pizza. Yet, my fiancé ordered the "Bubba Gump Pizza" (with shrimps on it), this one was pretty good! My advice to Pantry Pizza & Kitchen : sell fresh pizzas or ask to the customer if s/hes ok for a made-earlier pizza.

I ordered the honey BBQ wing dinner with steak fries and corn. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and cheesecake as well as water. The only thing I liked was the water and mozzarella sticks. My fries were soggy, the corn was disgusting and the chicken barely had sauce. Corn, mozzarella sticks, and chicken were just thrown in the box. The cheesecake was okay... I give it one star only because the delivery fee was only a dollar. I dont think Ill be ordering from here again.

Excellent, tasty food. Customer service is also very friendly. Try the Buffalo chicken slices which they always have available. Heaven in the mouth. CONS: The location is small for dining in. Menu is pricey. Delivery time is usually over an hour. Apart from that, Pantry Pizza is hands down my favorite choice for food in all of the Dorchester area.

Inconsistant pricing, I go to this place because the food is good and in a great location. However, when I order my chilli fries the pricing is always different. I order it the same way everytime. It has ranged between $4-$7.I like consistancy and pantry seems to lack on that.

Pantry is a staple in the neighborhood. Great food, very reasonable prices, and great service. Not a sit down place. They know the regulars and its a great place. If you do eat inside, there will be limited space but a Boston sports game will be playing on a 18in TV.

The food is excellent but they are not always consistent on the delivery and expectations. Sometimes food comes out faster than other times. My special instructions are not always met. Staff is nice, they have good intentions but have to do better.

Low-key the best pizza in Dorchester. Perfect amount of greasy-ness. Tons of varieties but honestly the cheese is just perfect. Beyond pizza, the menu is huge. Theres like 30 subs. Workers are always nice, delivery is usually fast.

Was in town for the weekend, ordered delivery from here to the 2xTree by Hilton...it was quick & awesome; loved the quality of meats,dough was crispy and didnt taste like crappy frozen pizza like every other delivery..recommend

Great take-out! I love their pizza and chicken fingers! I havent been disappointed yet. The only thing to be aware of is that when they say "roasted potatoes" on their pizza, it really means french fries! Im not complaining :)

Ordered for the first time ever today with a couple co workers. The specialty sub was unreal, perfect amount, perfect price, and they delivered in a timely manner. It was everything you would want when it comes to lunch.

I just had the most amazing Teriyaki grill chicken sandwich from Pantry Pizza. It was also pouring and the delivery guy was so nice even as he was standing in the rain. Thanks for great service and great food!

Great NYC-style pizza slices. Subs are not as consistent as they used to be. Good prices. Easy online ordering. I like that they have a bunch of fat guy food on the menu but can also make a great salad. CLEAN!
