Home.stead is SO lovely and decorated like a cozy home. Such a nice spot to have meetings or post up on a computer in the Fields Corner neighborhood right near the T Station. The baristas are very knowledgeable and as a chai latte drinker, I love that my barista explained their brewing process and offered a sample to see if I wanted sweetener. Havent tried the food yet but will do soon! Their owner also clearly supports the community, as they frequently host events like yoga and fundraisers.

You know a sandwich is good when you regret taking that last bite. I was pleasantly surprised! I got the Turf Bagel and it was AMAZING. No breakfast sandwich will ever compete with this one. Im usually a very picky eater so I was a little dubious. Im definitely won over after that experience. All of the flavors worked so well together. The staff is very nice. A great small business breakfast and lunch spot for sure!

I LOVE this place. As a local resident, this place is a gold mine. The food is always excellent, fresh, and delicious. You can tell everything is made by actual people, on site and daily. I have particular favorites: the veggie options are incredible. Make sure you stop by for a pastry, too. Id come by every day if I could afford it!

Awesome local coffee shop. Run by and for the neighborhood. Coffee is good, but where this place really shines are the pastry and sandwich options. Definitely the right place to stop if youre looking for a place to sit and relax, or need to grab something before hopping on the T.

Family friendly, professional service, delicious made from scratch food and plenty if options for meat lovers and veggies! Good Coffee options and some quality craft beers available for an afternoon sip. Not a huge place but big enough for 2-4 people!

Very friendly staff and homey atmosphere. A must for the weary traveller. I brought my producer and director of photography in. Both vegetarian. They loved it as did I! We had the Hot Norwegian, Brie Happy, and The Little Chickpea. Amazing.

They sold the last scone that I had already paid for to the next person in line, while I was waiting for my coffee. They didnt immediately offer a replacement or refund (just an apology), and I didnt have time to wait around and beg for one.

Yum! So happy to have this place within walking distance of my office. Everything I have tried so far (coffee, brie happy sandwich, fresh squeezed sparkling lemonade) has been delicious and the cafe itself is cozy and welcoming.

What a great neighborhood spot! Creative sandwiches and great vibe. And baked goods - delish. (Discount on the refill of drip coffee for folks would be nice!). They serve beer (cool craft brews, naturally) and wine, too.

Fab vegan breakfast burrito. Hubby adored the walnut brownie - chocolatey, not too sweet and right level of cake/fudgey ratio in texture. Lovely staff.
