The Chef who makes the oatmeal has a BAD attitude. I normally go there every morning and get a bowl of oatmeal and a fruit bowl. The oatmeal at times is on point but lately, it has too much water. Its like drinking Soup! the cashier had asked me to speak with him and the guy came out and literally said to me, " Theres 500 plus people that come in here and get this oatmeal and I cant make it just for you...If you dont like it, theres cereal box by the counter that you may have"! If that is customer service, then I obviously need to rethink my expectations. I requested to have the store owner to contact me. Lets see if he actually does. The two ladies that are usually there in the morning, are very friendly and helpful. That chef needs a SERIOUS lesson in customer service and RESPECT!

Terrible experience. My sandwich was placed on the grill and watched 10 or more people go by while my sandwich burned and ultimately was never served. For one of the few food options in this neighborhood. They should really make a stronger effort to serve their audience. Unless the feeling is they have a captive audience and this level of service is acceptable. Either way they have lost a customer and I will ensure my friends no longer go here as well.

Metro is the best in the area for really good, decent, fresh food. Only slightly overpriced, which is better than most in the area. Their salad bar is quite nice and extensive, but it surely does add up quickly. Their Tuesday Buffalo Jasmine chicken wrap is REALLY good and has become a fav! Soups are usually great and specials are also mostly very good. They really do handle crowds well (they sorta have to)

Metro wont win any awards of any sort (except, perhaps, for efficiency at managing large lunchtime crowds). But the food is uniformly decent, and only slightly overpriced. And theres a wide array of it: sandwiches, hot entrees, pizza, salad bar, paninis, strombolis, burgers, and a full wall of beverage refrigerators. Ive never had a great meal there, but Ive never had one that didnt meet my expectations.

Great sandwiches; great salad bar; lots of choices and lightning fast service. The lines look super long but they move incredibly fast. I have never spent more than 5-10 minutes in there even when it is packed at prime lunch time. Food is good; portions generous; prices reasonable.

Pretty great cooking staff, Boston prices. Good place to go if youre in a pinch and didnt bring a lunch to work, the lines really move around lunch time so dont expect lots of customer service from your cashiers.

I go here every day for lunch. Prices are a little steep but overall the food is good. The selection is also great. Weekly grilled chicken Cesar salad and buff chicken mac and cheese are the best.

They are blazingly fast, if you see a long line do not worry, do not leave, you will be out in no time at all.
