La peor experiencia que he tenido en un restaurante hispano. Mi familia y yo estuvimos esperando exactamente por una hora nuestra comida, el cual vino la mesera a decirnos que no habia 2 de Los platos. Tuvimos que optar por diferente plato y aun asi no habia lo que habiamos optado por segunda vez. La mesera tuvo una actitud pesima de principio a fin. Nos tuvimos que parar en 2 ocasiones a pedirle cosas que faltaban en la mesa. Lo peor de todo que Las pupusas son Las mejores, desafortunadamente el servicio es PESIMO.

Hacen unas pupusas muy buenas pero las meseras no son tan amables y creo saber porq porq automaticamente t quitan la propina entonces ellas no les importa mucho ser amables el fin d semana estube ally y la mesera no me llevó correctamente la orden y automaticamente me quitaron la propina d la cuenta y eso no esta bien la propina es opcional y uno da depende del trató y creó q ella sólo se merecía 2 dólares y me quitaron 5

Tienen unas pupusas muy deliciosas, pero la atención fue lo mas pésimo. De entrada ni saludan al cliente y durante el proceso no preguntan si esta bien o si pueden servir otra cosa más, pues en mi opinión deben atender muy bien al cliente ya ques es un negocio de servicio al cliente y es eso lo que deven hacer....y recuerde como regla de mercado " el cliente siempre tiene la razón "

Just went to eat some pupusas they are good but the service it is awful they dont even say HI HOW R YOU OR SOMETHING they just go straight ask you want to you want for eat then when the food comes they dont even stop by and ask you is everything good or you need something else after we finished we ask for the bill she came gave us the bill she didnt even said thank you nothing worst service ever AND THE WORST PART OF EVERYTHING THE OWNER DONT LIKE TO USE THE HEAT I FELT LIKE I WAS EATING OUTSIDE 0° DEGREES WE ASK THEM TO TURN THE HEAT BUT I DONT KNOW IF THEY DID BECAUSE NOTHING CHANGE ... AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I have been here multiple times and I have to say the pupusas taste just like the ones I have tried back in El Salvador. The service was average, it wasnt horrible nor extravagant. The food was excellent, personally I have tried two of their breakfast dishes, nachos, pupusas con queso, and the revueltas, all of which were great and I had no quarrels with. The last time I went I was a bit annoyed because some person had paid to play their music and it was.. bad. If you can survive the average wait, then I suggest you do visit.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! Ive eaten lots of different Central American food and this has been one of the best. You cannot go wrong with the combo number one. The strawberry and banana milkshake was also a really good. Give it a shot you wont be disappointed.

My family and i went on a saturday lunch time, 3 of us ordered pupusas and one of us ordered carne asada, we had to wait for 30 minutes just the carne asada, and 20 more for the pupusas.. and the restaurant was no even busy... worse service ever...

They certainly have the best pupusas around. The wait staff is really helpful and friendly. The only problem was unless you call ahead youll be waiting. The puppusas are fresh and very large they take a while to cook.

Good place for some Authentic Salvadoran food. The pupusas are some of the best that i have had in Massachusetts. Almost as good as the homemade ones my grandmother would make. I also enjoyed the Yuca con chicharron.
