Absolutely horrible.. over the last few months the quality of the food and the service have gone completely downhill... Tonight did it for us... the most simplest of orders and it took an hour and a half. Two bowls of soup which didnt arrive for a half an hour and when they did were both cold. Pretty sure our food was never put in after that because it took another half hour for a bowl of chicken chow mein which was cold and french fries which were greasy and cold. My sons soda didnt have any syrup in it which we asked for a new one and never received. Asked for ketchup for the fries didnt get that until we asked twice. We were then given a check for $44... Obviously not ours ... Even that ..they couldnt get that right. Never again. We never write bad reviews.. but this one couldnt be ignored. Completely unacceptable.

been going to gumbos for years, got take out 1/1/2015 did not eat every thing was terrible raw onion in fried rice totally overpowering ,wonton soup raw won ton soup called to discus , I was told honey I have been working here for 23 years our policy you have to call same day so they can speak with chef it was late did not want to go back containers were full next day still no one would accommodate my situation NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going here for 20 years or more. You wont be disappointed with the food here. Everything is always fresh and made to order. The kitchen is fast and you never have to wait long to get your food. They have a full service bar and whip up anything you want. Thank you Bobby for putting out great food.

By far the WORSE Chinese I ever had. If you dont mine uncooked egg rolls, tough chewy chicken, Lo Mein that looked and tasted like spaghetti and gross fried rice then go for it. I cant believe these reviews. Our waitress was pleasant and professional. What a waste of our $$$. .

Ok Ive been going to Gumbos since 1996 and the food hasnt changed a bit! Best fried rice and chicken fingers in New England. Besides that, the boneless spare ribs (cooked well) are "fire". If Im loved my dearly departed will burye with one order. Yummy, yummy for my tummy!

My family ate here a lot in the 1990s. I ate here today for the first time in almost 20 years, and it is just as good as it was then. Quality ingredients prepared with care and attention by people who know what they are doing. Friendly service! Keep up the good work!

Gumbos is hands down the best restaurant in the area, me and my boyfriend visit very often and have never had a bad experience, the food is delicious and the price is very fair. I would rather go to Gumbos than world famous PF Changs in Providence!

We were seatef quickly, our server was kind and checked up on us a few times. We got our food quick and when we did it was SO good. You get a lot of food for the price. I ate a whole plate and still had basically a whole plate of food left over

When I finish my first cup of coke, the waiter asked me "another coke?" without telling me that its not refillable. Well, I could accept a $2.25 non-refillable soda. But charge me twice without notice? Quite disappointed.
